I bought a car a few months ago, and have since had $3k in repairs. Their lack of interest in making it right early on has soured my perception. I have no trust or confidence in them and will never shop he in repairs. Their lack of interest in making it right early on has soured my perception. I have no trust or confidence in them and will never shop here again. It's unfortunate. I do like the car, but it's not like they are trying to be a regular old used car lot. These are supposed to be certified pre owned. That means absolutely nothing. It seems like this means they took it to a detailer. Safety? Cool. Why do I already need new tires? The 5 star reviews, I think, are based on the sale experience. It was good. The post sale service is laughable. Bring a depth gauge and check those tires!!! More

The staff at the dealership were attentive to detail and my initial visit to the service department to retorque the tires was quick and efficient. Overall, I thought the dealership is oriented to performing a good job for their customer. As a buyer of a used vehicle, I think it is important to undertake some reasonable due diligence and manage your expectations (used vs. new), and make a careful purchasing decision. This being said, I think Nott will assist you in an appropriate and professional fashion. No complaints, non-stressful experience and enjoyed the people I met, enjoying the vehicle I purchased. More

The cars may look pretty but they are just shiny lures to take your money and once they have it and you end up with a xxxx box you will .. stay away!! If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would. From the moment we walked in I could see why they had earned such a good rating. My wife said she hates going to shop for cars because she feels like she is in a carnival and everyone is trying to give her a sales pitch, however this time she loved the experience and felt quite at home. Steven was extremely helpful pointing out the different options that we were looking for and got us the best deal possible without loosing his job, Lol. Steven even went to bat for us for some surface scratches I wanted touched up, and introduced us to Dave Bishop one of the Sales Managers, that explained Nott's sales process and everything to us in greater detail about the deal we were about to make. Dave and Steven then introduced us to Tony Van Hoof and Tegan McGinity who walked us through the financing and warranty protocols. We even got a better interest rate than the financial institution we dealt with for previous 44 years. We definitely appreciated how the whole Notts Auto Corp Team treated us and made the experience effortless and enjoyable. This is one dealership that has been built on honesty, integrity and most of all, customer service and I would not hesitate in recommending Notts to any of my family members, friends or neibours in the future.
