The waiting room is comfortable and drinks and snacks are provided. Being informed of any problems before work was done and no pressure sales when I chose to replace things on my own. The staff didn't provide any progress update, inadequate communication with the service department and improper specification of loan car locations, no follow up on gas cap replacement regarding the gap plus the cap was not flushed with the adjoining body. Request for discussion with the service manager was made a week ago (24/7) to follow up the below standard service was not responded until now without any interim reply. I was just ignored.

They have had our vehicle for 7 weeks. We have received a handful of updates, the last being 3 weeks ago. We know it is some kind of engine issue, which the model we have is well-known for. Yet they have not offered a loaner vehicle or anything of the sort. Due to poor service we have had to spend a ridiculous amount of money on ubers etc. I would avoid this dealership if at all possible.

Glenn Alexander was our sales specialist. Was looking for a used truck. When one came in that met our needs he contacted us right away. Was very accomodating throught the process. As it was a used vehicle it had to go through the inspection process which revealed it needed new tires. Glenn went to bat for us and has a set of heavy duty all weather truck tires installed instead of more basic tires. Glenn's service was fantastic.

Not recommended — avoid going to this dealership. They refused to refund my deposit. The salesman promised to refund the deposit if I decided not to proceed with the purchase, so I put down a $1000 deposit as instructed. Later, I decided not to proceed with the purchase and requested a refund. The salesman refused. I contacted the general manager, and he said he would look into the documents. I never got a reply.

Put a $500 deposit on a used truck via e-transfer. Went in to view truck and we couldn’t come to an agreement on price. Before I left we agreed the deposit would be mailed back to me to expect it 8-10 business days. Well it’s now 31 days later. Have spoken to multiple managers stating it has been sent but the date it was sent out has “changed” and latest date I’ve heard was way after I was told it would be 7-10 days. I’ve had enough called a bunch of times saying I’d just like an e transfer back and how that’s a pretty simple way for the manager to resolve this issue. Told them I need the money back now. Apparently they won’t do that to make this right. Tried leaving a message with whoever answers the phone for the General Manager to call me back. Tried leaving a message on his direct line and of course crickets. So now I’m stuck checking the mail every day hoping it magically appears when really I don’t even know if it’s been sent or not. Horrible customer service and a very simple fix to this could have just been sending me an e transfer back after the first 10 days of me waiting.

Went to deal on a 26 King Ranch they advertised for 86 thousand in Aoto Trader. Called ahead booked an appointment with a sales person to come in and check the truck out. Recieved at least 3 calls after that to make sure I was coming in. Arrived for my appointment and the truck I wanted to look at wasn't in. It was on a test drive. The sales person tried to sell me to a platinum. Didn't want the platinum after the test drive. Asked to see the king ranch and now it was on an extended test drive and wasn't available, but they had a red one in transit that they would make me a fantastic deal on. Negotiated a final price and put down a 5K deposit. Was told the truck would be in within a week. This was a Thursday. I was very happy with the deal. Monday recieved a phone call from Carter asking if i would be interested in another truck as the one I put the down payment on was no longer available. Carter kept asking if I would take a vehicle with less opitions but would not commit to a price. He kept asking me what I wanted and I told him I wanted the truck he sold me on Thursday. He then told me how hard he had been working trying to find me tje same truck but none were available. He did offer to factory order me one but again would not commit to the deal.we made and said it would be 3 months before it arrived. Within 10 minutes of hanging with Carter found the identical truck at a reputable dealer. When I showed them the deal Carter made they immediately said there is no way they could match it without loosing 4K. I ended up buying the truck from them but had to pay more. It sure seems to me that Macklin is playing a silly game of bait and switch and can't be trusted. Simply put, there hand shake and word are worthless.

I had a remote starter installed in my RVR at Bow Mitsubishi less than two years ago (I've had it it for only one winter) and recently learned that it worked only by pressing "open" three times on my fob in stead of "close", so I took my car in today for diagnostics. Turns out the part was faulty, but because I had driven enough kms during summer (and who uses a remote starter in summer to know if it's working properly?) to exceed the warranty, a new module wasn't covered. The rep at the service counter said starters are usually good for several years, so the fault was obviously with the poor quality of the starter I originally got. All in, my "basic" starter ended up costing me over $1200, leaving me mistrustful of Mitsubishi parts and unsure of the new starter's reliability. The service rep spoke calmly and respectfully, but I would have appreciated Mitsubishi making it up to me somehow since the problem arose because of the part THEY installed. Rubbing salt in the wound, the technician hadn't closed my car hood completely either (I found out as I drove away). My rating is based off this bad experience compounded by the fact a faulty part was installed on a previous visit.

I can honestly say that I have been a satisfied customer at this Tower Chrysler Dealership for the past 6 years. Whenever my scheduled and non-scheduled appointments come up, this is the dealership of my choice. My service advisor Russell H. gets me in and out in a reasonable time, and if I can’t wait around, the Tower Shuttle or Uber takes me to and from my destination. Russell is very friendly and hugely knowledgeable in his role. The only stumbling block is when a part is on back order, which can impact my day to day activities, but that really isn’t the dealerships’ fault. I don’t have any complaints on the quality of the workmanship from the guys in the shop, as just like the front end folks, they are all professionals and it shows. Other than Russell helping me out, the other ones are Nader the Service Manager, and Amanda the office assistant. These people and their willingness in seeing that my service needs are looked after properly, are the reasons that I continue to visit Tower Chrysler. David T.
