Upon arriving at the dealership for an oil change, a high temp warning came up in my vehicle. I asked the service employee to check my coolant levels, this request was met with complete disregard and I was t temp warning came up in my vehicle. I asked the service employee to check my coolant levels, this request was met with complete disregard and I was told it would be highly unlikely for it to be a coolant issue. I was told I needed full diagnostic at a fee of $260 to source the issue. I asked again to please just check the coolant and I was told that their hourly employees were not fit to address this issue and that I would have to leave my vehicle with them all day with the hopes that they might diagnose it. I opted for only the oil change that I was scheduled for and checked the coolant levels myself. I discovered the coolant was low and that this was the source of my high temp warnings. I topped up my coolant and resolved the issue myself despite the argumentative approach from the service employee. More
