* BUYERS BEWARE * Stay far away from ‘courtesy’ Chrysler, they are complete scam artists. I purchased a vehicle after being roped into financing with a $1000 non-refundable deposit required just to apply and they are complete scam artists. I purchased a vehicle after being roped into financing with a $1000 non-refundable deposit required just to apply and find out what interest rate they could offer with no mention of an additional $200 finance application fee. The process was rushed and any questions were dismissed or ambiguously answered, it was very pressured. I then did not receive any of the documentation until I picked up my vehicle days later. Gary had charged me admin fees twice ($809 x 2) and he listed a different price for the vehicle in documentation as to not reflect the ad price, he added charges for ‘courtesy advantage’ $540 claiming it was something mandatory, it’s not. When confronting Gary about the over $1500 overcharges I was dismissed, threatened and then ignored. Within days I noticed the inside of my vehicle was not even touched from the time of test drive to pick up. There was still garbage and debris covering the carpets from when I test drove it. So they did not apply any of the interior treatments from the ‘protection package’ they charged me over $3000 for. This issue was also dismissed and I was again ignored. So I started cancelling my extended warranty and treatment package as permitted within 60 days of purchase by notification of email and registered mail of all required documentation. Gary said it was the warranty for the protection package that mattered (but was sold as treatments applied) and they couldn’t refund me because the undercoating had already been done. Guess what, I took the vehicle to another mechanic to get inspected, they provided me with documentation and photos of the ‘undercoating’ or lack thereof. Again I was ignored, so I paid out the loan out of frustration and not wanting to pay a dime in interest and they received a chargeback from the bank (GOOD!!). Then was threatened with lawyers (again) and accused of scamming them. I found out AFTER meeting with Gary and getting threatened with lawyers, told I was responsible for the chargeback amount and convinced to keep the extended warranty, that it had been cancelled without my knowledge, no refund. They have now been unlawfully withholding my money for over a month. So I arranged to meet with Gary yet again and requested the manager present days prior to meeting. I also messaged the manager directly to request he be present at the meeting, no manager came even though he was present at the dealership that day. This time RECORDING THE ENTIRE MEETING on my phone. Gary still continued to LIE THROUGH HIS TEETH the entire meeting. The courtesy advantage is mandatory, avoiding answering anything about ad-list pricing. Asking if I had proof of the ad pricing (which I do!) but nothing more. Continuing to threaten me with lawyers in an attempt to intimidate me and not returning my refund because he claimed I was responsible for the bank chargeback amount since I didn’t keep the loan for 7 months like he told me too. Then offering to not charge me for the chargeback, (that I am not liable for) if I keep the extended warranty, which he already cancelled without my knowledge. I confirmed for the recording his offer, thanked him and walked out. Alberta legislation dictates that all car loans are open ended and can be paid off with NO PENALTY at any time. I have cancelled my extended warranty and treatment package within the allowable timeframe with required documentation. I will first be sending a letter of demand for the over 12k STOLEN from me by this dealership in overcharges and refund owed before proceeding legally. Never in my life have I been treated this poorly as a customer after spending tens of thousands of dollars. Shame on Gary and your entire dealership for taking advantage of a single mom needing a vehicle for work and trying to steal money through misleading, misrepresenting and outright lying and deceptive practices rather than showing an ounce of courtesy. More

Gary was very miss leading in regards to extra warranty, undercoating etc. . Brought jeep home found cigarette burn in seat called Keenen , no call back. I was there for my second oil change service since I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and absolutely terrible experience second time even though first time wasn’t very good either. Service called to have the vehicle picked up but never discussed or sent any recommendations services. Once I arrived home, I received recommendations through email/text. Next morning when I drove engine light came on, booked to have it looked at it and when drove into the bay engine light wasn’t on but it had stored codes which were cleared in the drive thru bay and I was told nothing to worry about, it might be caused by weather conditions. Engine light came on again this past Friday evening and Saturday I needed to top up my windshield fluid and when I pop up my engine hood I was stunned to find my engine air filter housing left in open position with all screws left open, not even one screw holding it down so I figured this must be it go the engine light. Inspected the air filter housing myself and tighter screws. Engine light disappeared from dash when I drove next. Even in my very first service I was told that tires were rotated but they never were because my driver side rim was the only rim that had some curb rash and it was still on same spot when I addressed this width service advisor before leaving the parking lot he advised that he would check with technician next morning and get back to me. Next morning I received call saying service technician ensured that rotation was done. I ignored as it wasn’t big deal. This time I feel like maybe it’s time to change my service dealer elsewhere but at the same time this needs to be addressed to Ram Canada as well because if these major issues are being left like this then who knows what’s happening with engine oil ? Are they even changing it with new one ? Are they even changing the engine oil filters ? Are they not simply resetting the dash to reflect service ? So many questions are coming to mind. More
