I visited Charlesglen Toyota on july 20 with the issue of rattling and knocking noise comming from the rear passenger site. I brought the car early in the morning so the dealership will have plenty of time t rattling and knocking noise comming from the rear passenger site. I brought the car early in the morning so the dealership will have plenty of time to diagnose this issue. At the end of the day i contacted my service advisor about the progress on my truck since I haven't heard a word throughout the whole day. After I spoke with the receptionist the advisor called me back with the news that they were unable to replicate my concerns. The advisor completely forgot to sent a shuttle for my pick up and that was already a closing time. They caught the driver on his way home and he eventualy came to pick mi up after hours. I understand that this particular issue might be hard to pin point but a complete lack of comunication and forgetting about the client is absolutely unacceptable. I had a simmilar issues in the past with the rattling and knocking noise in the right rear and it took six visits to this dealership to resolve the issue. More

It was impressive how often you kept us informed of deliveries given how many times Jamie delayed his buying decision (after m and easy to work with. I ordered a new HEV RAV 4 in January 2026 and received it in May 2026. The, advisor I worked with, Val, was very welcoming and accommodating and continually kept me updated as to the arrival date of my vehi in May 2026.
