Michael was very personable. He explained the process and services required thoroughly. Service was quick and efficient. The waiting area was also comfortable, which I appreciated while I waited for my service to be completed.

Why make appointment oil change takes 30 mins max! OMG never go back unless for warranty work. How can it take this long with an appointment! Oil changes elsewhere from now on. Is it because it was my last free one who knows!

I would NEVER refer family, friends or even an acquaintance to Nels at CMP Auto. We paid a deposit on a vehicle we were interested in. When we came in today we learned that our file had been passed to Nels and that the price had now increased. Rather than take the time to listen and work with us, Nels was rude, immature and continually informed us that he “didn’t have time for this” and that this “wasn’t his problem”. Nels was very defensive and continued to raise his voice, talking over us without letting us get a word. He eventually passed us off to management without so much of an apology or explanation. I was shocked to receive such dispicable treatment from an individual in customer service whose role is sales. My warning to future and current customers is to steer clear of Nels. He has no respect or care for the client if he cannot close a deal and profit off of them.
