Everyone has been pleasant and easy for me to deal with, and I would have no problem recommending someone to the dealership. Today at 7:00am I dropped my car at Summit Ford for schedule Service, I am doing this for 8 years. I also requested a shuttle pick up at 2:30pm Ryan Knox was the Service Advisor. He did not text or call me all day. (0)communication all day. I called him at 2pm to see if my car was ready and to confirm pick up. he said my car was ready, nd my pick up was schedule on the board, at 3:10pm or 40 minutes later waiting for the unknown I had to find my own ride to the dealership. This is the worse service I experienced in this Dealership in the last 8 years. Never been left out with (0) communication. I did tell Ryan Knox that I was going to leave the feedback he deserved.

Highly recommend the professionalism of this entire team. Mark Dorcas went above and beyond to expedite the repairs on my truck and ensure I had it back before the holidays. I even got it a day earlier than anticipated! Their care and concern for my vehicle was also extended to my well being. His team mates were quick to answer my questions when Mark was busy with another customer. They all knew what was happening and what stage my repairs were at any time I called. It really set my mind at ease. I can't thank Mark enough for his time, effort, energy and genuinely caring nature.

I was surfing the net for replacement tires on my 2012 kia rio, original tires from factory very poor, they wore out in under 30,000 km. Anyway I somehow got into the Ford tire site,where you could price tires from Ford dealers in Ottawa area. Phoned a bunch of them and Darcy at A and B gave me a very quick quote that was $90.to $120. cheaper than any other dealer and $150.cheaper than CTC. The tires had to be ordered in ,and Darcy said maybe the next day, then we could set up an AM appt. later in the week to install. I was off that Mon. and I was touring around so I dropped in to get the paper quote so I wouldn't get any price surprises when I went to pay.(I like to get out the door quotes),got there about 2 pm after placing the order at 10am just to get the quote. What do you know,the tires were in and an hour later installed ! Needless to say I was quite pleased! Darcy and the crew were very professional and talk about quick! I'm a very happy tire shopper,getting exactly the type and brand of tire I wanted at a great price! All I had to do was place about 4 phone calls,then same day service ! I can't recommend A+B Ford more highly ! Don't know if they made any money on the transaction but they made me a very happy customer. I'd go back again for sure!

$400.00 for an oil change - Golden

I purchased a maintenance plan from Joe a little over one year ago. They wrote it up wrong and it expired before the warranty did. They were suppose to refund my money less the oil change that was done under the plan. At the end of the day they charged me almost $400.00 for an oil change. To correct this problem was almost four months. They provided no accounting or even identified on their cheque’ what is was for. VERY DISHONEST way to do business. Beware of the service when you are purchasing vs. When you need something corrected. You would think it was myfault they wrote it up wrong as l must have paid their commission again as l would assume they received it a year ago also. Beware.
