Wow. When sh*t hit the fan, you learn the value of your dealership. Our transmissiom well failed in our F150. I called Kim, as we have a great relationship over almost 6 years of service work with 2 vechiles, to tell her what happened. She asked 2 simple questions: Who's name is the truvk under in the system and how many kilometres on on the truck. She gave us great news she is covered. 3 lessons learnt: always bug extended warranties (tricare), always check in with Kim becuase she knows her stuff, and always fo business with Fraser Ford because they stand behind their products!!!

I am 75 years old and have purchased many cars. The service I received from Service Advisor Kim Wakefield was above and beyond to have my cracked Moon Roof that was faulty. She was relentless and followed through with Ford Motors explaining why this roof should be replaced even though it had passed the warranty date. I have never received that kind of service before and all within one week and continuos follow through with us on what was transpiring. We went to Belanger Ford for service on our Lincoln MKT and was treated with disrespect by the service staff and Jose Belanger. Came to Cambrian Ford and spoke to Ken the service manager and was told he would fix our vehicle. What Belanger told us about the repairs on our car was incorrect and Cambrian fixed the problem. The service we received was exceptional and all the service staff I dealt with were great. Will never buy or go back to Belanger for service or purchase a vehicle from them again.

They are handling issues with the insurance company, ensuring we get all the quality service, parts, body work and damage inspections we really need.
