There are a lot of positives to this dealership. Very friendly, informative. Having dealt with service too I can share the experiences. Previously, I had purchased 9 vehicles from another dealer. I changed and made a deal to purchase at LH. Now, I made an inquiry, I received information, follow ups from sales. Worked out a deal on my 2022 trade. And signed the documents. Next day, I receive a call, they wish to talk about financing? Hmmm, we have financed my current truck with Ford credit and 5 previous. Never a late payment, never a missed payment. I get the call, I return the call. I call back a second time and send 2 emails. No reply. I’m wondering what is the issue. It’s frustrating to not get the information. When you think you have a deal. Although, I declined all the extras they were selling. So I thought it best to simply cancel this deal. They seem very busy and I thought each deal was important. I remember when you made a deal, shock hands and signed and it was a deal. Now days, I guess not. Dealer reserves the right to change the deal or modify it or do whatever. I don’t know because I did not wait around to find out. I’m disappointed and I did not expect this to happen. Pros and cons to ever dealership and situation. I wish LH nothing but, the best. They just won’t be getting my business.
