Mauro Chechi was extremely knowledgeable about the F-150 models and took the time to explain the differences between them. During our first visit, he spent over 1.5 hours with us, accompanied us on a test d models and took the time to explain the differences between them. During our first visit, he spent over 1.5 hours with us, accompanied us on a test drive, and thoroughly demonstrated the features of the STX model. We returned a couple of days later and leased a 2026 F-150 STX. Throughout the leasing process, Mauro answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism, making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Mustafa Kachouri, the Financial Services Manager, clearly explained the warranty and protection options without any pressure, ensuring we understood everything before making our decisions. We also appreciated the friendly and welcoming front desk staff, who made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had an excellent experience from start to finish. We truly appreciated the professionalism, knowledge, and outstanding customer service provided by Mauro, Mustafa, and the entire team. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Ford vehicle. More

I was notified after my last visit for an oil change my tires needed to be replaced soon and I was given a quote on a new set of tires for my 2011 Ford Edge. I preferred to stay with the Michelin tire mo tires needed to be replaced soon and I was given a quote on a new set of tires for my 2011 Ford Edge. I preferred to stay with the Michelin tire model that were on the car and the service rep ordered them in the next day for me. Love the new tires and thank you for the great service. More

I truly love dealing with the service department at Rose City Ford. Rob is the absolute best and is always quick to help and come up with solutions with a smile on his face everytime i go in. I have dealt with this dealership since I bought my first car a 1972 Mach 1. I have never had a bad experience with any car, car salesman or service rep. The group they have there are so good at their job I would be very upset if anyone in the group left especially Mr Primeau or Mr Willar The ladies who greet you are accommodating and make sure I am comfortable and enjoying a coffee and a snack while I wait.
