Mauro Chechi was extremely knowledgeable about the F-150 models and took the time to explain the differences between them. During our first visit, he spent over 1.5 hours with us, accompanied us on a test d models and took the time to explain the differences between them. We returned a couple of days later and leased a 2026 F-150 STX. Throughout the leasing process, Mauro answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism, making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Mustafa Kachouri, the Financial Services Manager, clearly explained the warranty and protection options without any pressure, ensuring we understood everything before making our decisions. I was notified after my last visit for an oil change my tires needed to be replaced soon and I was given a quote on a new set of tires for my 2011 Ford Edge. I preferred to stay with the Michelin tire mo tires needed to be replaced soon and I was given a quote on a new set of tires for my 2011 Ford Edge.
