Took my vehicle in for recall work, Matt was personable and professional that was the good part of my visit, I picked up my vehicle early afternoon and drove home to find there was windshield adhesive on m and professional that was the good part of my visit, I picked up my vehicle early afternoon and drove home to find there was windshield adhesive on my front fender in a u shape about 10” long and hand prints all over the a pillars where the tech had been working, very untidy workmanship. My husband always took care of purchasing all our cars and I just drove them. Now that I’m alone I had to do the deed and was very nervous had no idea what I was doing.
