We recently purchased a 2024 Ford Bronco Sport and brought it in two weeks ago for a recall and yesterday for an issue with the brakes. It has been many, many years since visiting this dealership for service and I was so glad to see Rob Primeau at the first visit and Matt at yesterday’s visit. They display the same excellent and personable customer service that we received from them 10 years ago. Nothing has changed! Special thanks to Stacey and Sharon who offer beverages and snacks while customers are waiting and continue to check in to see if anyone needs anything. It is appreciated! We live 10 minutes from another Ford dealership but I drive 40 minutes each way to go to Rose City Ford. It’s nice to see the customer service and staff are the same! Lastly, and this wasn’t reflected in my rating, which was 5 stars anyway, but the call Center that handles the service calls is incredibly unprofessional and DREADFUL!!! I had to call multiple times to get the info I needed and try to book my first appointment. It’s a poor reflection on Rose City and Ford. If I had been a first time customer for Rose City I would’ve hung up after the first call and called another dealership. I have worked in customer service most of my life and I can’t believe that this is ok with Ford to have this. I could easily do better on my worst day. Thanks again to everyone mentioned here. They deserve to be commended for representing this dealership so well! More

Matt was excellent,greeted me with his usual with a smile and was very accommodating.He even went out in the pouring rain to bring me my car when it was done,. He was an absolute gentleman by opening the doo and was very accommodating.He even went out in the pouring rain to bring me my car when it was done,. He was an absolute gentleman by opening the door for me and assisted me safely to my car as I have some ambulation difficulties.The hospitality staff was exceptional and made every effort to help make me comfortable while waiting for my car by offering beverages and if I needed transportation services.Thank you for taking such great care of me and my car. Rose City does not answer the phone and the service technicians do not respond to voice mail messages. I took my F-150 in on May 9th/25 for service but one week later and a few days after that the “Se technicians do not respond to voice mail messages. I took my F-150 in on May 9th/25 for service but one week later and a few days after that the “Service Vehicle” and the orange tool came up on my screen. I took the F-150 to Rose City and was told nothing was wrong. Then I had two more warnings and went in Ford Pass and it said there was Power Train Malfunction. I made an appointment at Rose City. At the appointment I was told by the service technician that he could see the 5 notices so why weren't the first two notices seen when I took the F-150 in the end of May. After it was diagnosed I was told that it needed a GSM and it was back ordered and he had ordered it and would replace it when it was received. Later that day I received an email that said that the service showed no problems with my F-150 which was ridiculous. I went online and learned that a GSM is a gear shift module and that vehicles had been rendered inoperable because of a defective GSM. Ford in the middle of March cancelled all shipments of GSMs to do a Part Quality review of the GSM. I then reviewed my service sheet and it said that my F-150 might not be able to shift out of Park or into Park. I use my F-150 to tow a trailer. This failure to put into or out of Park is a safety issue. The service technician did not tell me that Ford is not shipping GSMs and that my defective GSM could prevent my F-150 from being shifted into or out of park. I sent an email to Rose City dealing with these issues but I did not receive a reply to my email. The way that I have been treated is disrespectful and condescending. I think that it is also putting my safety at risk. I am unhappy with Ford and with Rose City Ford. More
