I was notified after my last visit for an oil change my tires needed to be replaced soon and I was given a quote on a new set of tires for my 2011 Ford Edge. All of the employees in the service centre are wonderful. Matt, Stacey, and a couple of employees, I can't recall their names, always are so helpful. Stacey helped me to the car when it was finished. I truly love dealing with the service department at Rose City Ford. Rob is the absolute best and is always quick to help and come up with solutions with a smile on his face everytime i go in.
