I recently purchased a new F-150 from Rose City Ford and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Dany was our Sales contact and did a wonderful job guiding me through the process and helping me had an excellent experience from start to finish. Dany was our Sales contact and did a wonderful job guiding me through the process and helping me select a vehicle that best fit my needs. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and available options. Rather than simply trying to make a sale, Dany took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the right fit. The entire process was easy and straightforward, right through to picking up the vehicle. Dany took the time to walk me through all of the F-150’s features, helped get everything set up, and made sure I was comfortable with the truck before I left the lot. I also want to recognize Mustafa for his assistance and professionalism throughout the process. Both Dany and Mustafa made the overall experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.
