After 7 visits to Thorncrest about a "RUSTING" truck, I was eventually blamed for no paperwork on the "Tricare" package, that cost $700 originally. It was never given to me.It was checked they said religiously,I went to them for the first 5 yrs of the new Truck(2009),never once of forms to be filled out for TRICARE.Customer Service awards???????? for what?????Lying to the customer, never properly looking after the customer.What a bunch of xxxxxxxx.Stick your dealership up your xxx!!I will never spend another dime at your dealership. In 2009 you treated me like Gold,10 years later you actually screwed me the customer.7 Visits for a direct answer, YES or NO,thats all I wanted on whether you would fix the rust issues.I hope your dealership goes t--- up,just like the others around you over the years.Hows that for a "REVIEW",read this FORD HEAD OFFICE,who I also called and was given a quick BUZZ OFF!!!!!!Buy another Ford truck ,I doubt it.
