He was over the top professional from the start to the end, and made my wife (who had to drop it off before work) feel very comfortable and taken care of. After Go Auto purchased the dealership from Wolfe Auto in November 2022 their service took a nose dive. Family has purchased 3 Cars in the last 20 years All of them before Go Auto's takeover. All the original wolfe staff has willingly left or been let go. Their customer service is non existent. Messages left with no follow-up. Front-end service advisors are a mess to deal with. If you're a local Mitsubishi/ Subaru enthusiast go to another dealership and save yourself years of headaches 😩.

I had my car serviced at your center on Friday. Since then, I have been noticing an unusual sound while driving. It feels like something is touching or creating friction, similar to a scraping or rubbing noise. As this issue started immediately after the service, I am concerned it may be related to an adjustment made during maintenance.

Brought my 2014 Q7 for repairs. First I was told that I needed a new power steering hose. After being in the shop for 4 days, they replaced it and charged me $1200. Then I was told it’s still leaking and I needed to replace my power steering cooler and it would cost a further $1500 plus tax. Was suspicious so brought my car to a local Audi specialist (not a dealership) to get a second opinion. They diagnosed the problem as a loose clamp. Strange how the clamp was loose!?!? Shop repaired it for $100! Went back to Downtown Audi for an explanation. They downplayed it and refused to admit they did anything wrong. You can formulate your own conclusions. STAY AWAY!
