We had a difficult time finding a manual transmission Honda Civic in B.C.. When we found one in Vernon, we worked with Jason to make it worth our while to come from Vancouver Island. Our experience of Jason was that he was honest, helpful, and genuinely wanted to make a deal. However even more importantly, he was thoughtful, trustworthy, and respectful. Sexism in the auto industry is a well documented, discriminatory phenomenon that costs women more money, but Jason treated me no differently from my husband. He even thought to ask if we have the same surnames; we do not. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to a gal pal thinking of buying a car. Jason and Shae were organized, making the purchase and delivery of the car efficient so we could drive up from Vancouver and back in a single day. Jason has also been trying to help me troubleshoot a Apple Play tech problem from a distance, so he's clearly trying to manage and maintain the relationship. Even though it was a distance to travel, I would consider buying another car from Jason.

My salesman, Jason, was very polite and knowledgeable. He taught me a lot about the features and how to use them. He made me feel confident with my purchase. Very helpful.

Brought my CRV in for a Type B service. Due to concerns about Covid and being indoors waiting , I chose to sit outside on the patio during the service. As I sat there reading, I interacted with most of the sales staff as they entered/exited the building. It was a pleasant time to wait. When I received my car's overview, I had a question about whether or not I needed to replace my wipers, and the Service Manager personally went and inspected them and reported back to me.
