I live in Creston and had never dealt with this dealership. I saw the truck on line and with the help of Florian, a deal was completed in one day. I came here looking for my dream Wrangler, hearing that it was the best place to go… and was assigned Jasmin as my salesperson. And it went downhill from there. I’ve never had a worse experience buying a v it was the best place to go… and was assigned Jasmin as my salesperson. And it went downhill from there. I’ve never had a worse experience buying a vehicle before due to the lack of professionalism and rudeness of a salesperson before, EVER. And I’ve been through buying a few vehicles, and also having worked in the automotive industry at dealerships for over 15 years, I made my requests for what I was looking for very descriptive and direct, and she made zero effort to match what I wanted. She only pushed what she wanted off the lot seeing it was the end of the month. She refused to give me any details at all over the phone stating multiple times I had to come to the dealership to view the details and then pressured me constantly while I was there to buy it. Working a demanding schedule and having 5 children makes it hard to take time to sit a listen to a sales pitch about something I already wanted and was sold on. She was rude to speak with, and didn’t try to meet my expectations whatsoever. In fact she showed me the exact opposite of what I wanted and said I was crazy for even wanting a manual transmission.. in an off-road vehicle.. because “like literally no one wants a stick shift anymore”. Wow. I’m not a person to leave reviews but I couldn’t help it here… I will not be going back to this dealership and it’s entirely due to Jasmin in the sales department. It’s unfortunate as well because the finance department was pleasant to deal with. But I’ll be looking elsewhere. More
I bought my Jeep in 2019 and have always had incredible customer service. Kevin Gulbransen is the customer service Super Hero. When I have a problem with my jeep I call or text Kevin. He goes out of his way to get the job done without hassle or complaint. I know from the awards he’s earned over the years that he’s a busy man but he is always happy to help. When I hear of others bad experiences at any dealership, I can honestly say I can not relate. Kevin is not a standalone, the entire service department at Okanagan Dodge is fantastic to deal with. Always friendly and professional. If your in the market for a vehicle. Perhaps you’re anxious about the entire process and not wanting to deal with a car salesman. Go see Kevin! His friendly professional manner will set you at ease. He will work hard to put you in a vehicle you’ll not only love but one that will suit your needs. More

I had a great service at first....but hard to get information about the recommendation they had for my truck....Some of the recommendation has been done already in the last year so I wonder if they r information about the recommendation they had for my truck....Some of the recommendation has been done already in the last year so I wonder if they really performed a real inspection before telling me recommendation....And the main problem was that my check engine light was on and my truck was staying on the Manuel position stuck at the fourth gear instead of being in on drive. They changed the trans solenoid pack....cost me 1500. When I was there to pay nobody told me nothing about what they did so I checked the invoice and on the last page they said that the plug for the solenoid pack is damaged and not stay plugged in properly....so I'm asking what does that mean and the tech told me that the plug is damaged so be aware of that and have a eye on it.....It cost me 1500 and I still have to go under my truck to be sure that everything is ok....make no sense to me...they should have fixed everything before gave back the truck to me....and I asked him what is gonna happen if the plug unplugged....He said it's gonna do the same problem that it did to you two days ago.....so that made me wonder is the solenoid pack was really not good anymore or it was just the plug who was damaged already....and if the plug was ok before is the tech broke it accidentally and didn't tell.....So all those little thing makes it hard for me to trust them and makes me feel that I dont really understand what happened to my truck.....For me 1500 $ it's a lot of money and my truck not even completely fixed as the plug still damaged....
