Beware of Concept Ford – Unethical Business Practices I had a very disappointing experience with Concept Ford, particularly with Nick and GM Jason Stewart. We had a confirmed deal in place for an F-150, including agreed pricing. Just before the scheduled pickup date, they suddenly increased the price of the truck . When I questioned the change, I was told, “It is what it is”, and that nothing could be done. This kind of last-minute price change is dishonest and unprofessional. It feels like a clear bait-and-switch tactic. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership. Make sure you get everything in writing and be prepared for sudden changes. I would not recommend Concept Ford based on my experience. If there has zero star I can give them zero.

My 2023 Ford F150 (best vehicle I’ve owned) was due for a 20k oil change and it became very frustrating attempting to use Ford dealers Fast lube lane. They just don’t do fast lubes anymore or so it seemed…….Until I attended Leggat Discovery Ford, Burlington. After a very brief discussion with Staff & Mgr who understood my concerns “Fast Lube” was honoured and Mgr Rob Leggat even provided an almost new Bronco to do some shopping while the Service was done. If I could put zero stars I would. I don’t write many negative reviews but trust me and DO NOT buy anything from Parkway Ford. My wife and I bought an SUV for my daughter in April. We were told there were two keys by the sales rep Omar. After weeks of being told the second key was “in transit” from another dealership we were promised a second key. After some back and forth Omar stopped responding to my wife. We called the dealership and both Omar and the manager refused to call us back. I attended in person and the manager again refused to see me. The customer service rep apologized and told me the key would be ready next day or early the next week. After no call I attended and was told that I would need to make an appointment to have a key made and it would only take an hour. Needless to say Im already two and a half hours in and am still waiting for the key! It’s the end of July. Do yourself a favour and buy a car somewhere else. These people lie and aren’t even good at it. The goal is to frustrate you until you give up and they save $150 making you a new key. Absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I purchased a vehicle from a dealership and traded in my previous car as part of the transaction. The agreed-upon deal was a total price of $56,000 (taxes included). The dealership would pay $23,000, which would be used to pay the 3-year lease upfront. The remaining balance on the car at the end of the term would be $33,000, taxes in. When signing the contract, the financial manager informed me that due to tax regulations, the portion related to the residual value could not be paid upfront, so they would issue me a check for approximately $4,400. I agreed and proceeded with the deal based on that understanding. On the day of delivery, I arrived at the dealership around 3 PM to pick up the vehicle. At that time, the salesperson told me the check wasn’t ready yet and asked me to come back the next day or Friday. Based on that, I accepted delivery of the vehicle. However, approximately one hour later, around 4 PM, the same salesperson called to inform me that there would be no check issued at all. This would effectively change the agreed price to $60,500 instead of $56,000. I immediately returned to the dealership to address the situation and stayed until closing, but no one provided a resolution. I expressed that I wanted to return the new vehicle and get my old one back until the matter was settled, but one of the managers refused to return my trade-in vehicle.

Would not recommend this dealer for repairs. I took my vehicle in for a slightly noisy wheel bearing and by the time the finished it came to $2800. Instead of replacing the bearing they replaced the entire Hub assy for $745. The bearing is around $125. Then to add to it they destroyed the axle trying to remove it and charged me a further $1100 for a new axle. I will never go to this dealer again. They should offer alternatives and at least try to keep repair costs down for their customers. Also they could have absorbed at least part of the cost of the axle they broke. This is why I took it to a trained mechanic. They are supposed to know how to take things apart. Highly advise folks to avoid this dealership.This is just shoking to say the least.
