Got off to a bad start, in that the 2nd key was missing for 2 weeks after we picked up the vehicle , which was a week after we purchased it. After a week's worth of phone calls to sales and getting nowhere fast, I contacted Mike Defreitas and had the key within 2 days! I was most impressed with his service. I'm not in a position to rate the dealership as far as maintenance is concerned yet.

Mansour was highly professional from the moment we met through to delivery. It was a pleasure to work with Mansour. However the post delivery experience is something entirely different; on the first drive of the car the interiors filled with toxic chemical fumes requiring us to open all of the windows mid drive and then eventually exit the vehicle ( unplanned). The fumes caused my son to vomit. This is a reoccurring issue after a 15min highway drive followed by driving in city traffic. The Service department questioned the gas used - the issue started with the gas provided by the dealership. The Service department said they would note the issue but effectively did nothing and said it’s likely the coating in the exhaust system and it was dissipate over time. If part of purchasing an 88K Toyota is that for the first 750+KM of driving you need to drive with the windows and sun roof open because of the toxic fumes - that should be declared upfront in the brochures and sales materials.

Great place to go shopping. They have lots of inventory for new and used vehicles. The team is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Moe (our sells rep) was super friendly and patient during the whole process as we checked out many cars (new and used) and after checking numbers, we decided to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler as the interest rates, price, discounts, etc... Were perfect for us and Ken was extremely nice explaining everything to us. We highly recommend Capital Dodge but mostly... We recommend their team!!!
