When I enquired from Edmonton about a couple of used VW Tiguan, Logan Shumaker called me back very quickly. He provided me more info about the condition of the vehicles including videos and additional photos. These were helpful to decide on one of the vehicles. When I drove up to Grande Prairie VW to see the Tiguan, test drive it, and take for inspection, the vehicle was in great condition, exactly as Logan described, and listed on their website. Logan, Terri, Shawn and the service team there provided very friendly, professional, prompt service and of course a great price towards the purchase of the Tiguan. Due to their quick turnaround time, I was also able to drive it back to Edmonton on the same day. Btw, their hi-tech coffee machine provided a wonderful latte for the trip back. Thank you!

My advisor Sandra who is very professional in her position kept me well informed about the status of my car and made sure my vehicle was serviced great and in a very timely manner. Faith was fantastic making sure I had a ride back home after dropping the vehicle off. Thanking her for the great service. In addition to the servicing, when I went in to pick up the car my interactions with the Guest Services Specialist Lynn was great. She quickly got all my paperwork in order along with my keys and sent me on my way and jokingly put the amount I had to pay into great perspective.
