I purchased a 3500 High Country from this dealership and was misled about an existing screen issue. I was told they were waiting for parts and, trusting that information, I drove the truck home. Later, I brought the vehicle to my local dealership for an unrelated issue and asked if they could help expedite the repair. That's when I was informed that the part had already been replaced and there was nothing further they could do. I was also told this is a known GM issue. My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to speak with the General Manager, I was never able to reach them directly. Instead, I was repeatedly referred back to the salesperson, and my emails to the General Manager went unanswered. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of this situation have completely eroded my trust in this dealership. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that potential buyers look elsewhere. I cannot drive the truck they sold me around without the screen resetting, not once, but multiple times.  I am currently in the process of filing a formal complaint and intend to submit a case through CAMVAP. Unfortunately, this screen issue is only one of several problems I've experienced with the truck, and the overall quality has been far below my expectations. More

We were greeted in the parking lot by sales professional Sam Castaneda and he was very willing to assist my family and I with our vehicle needs. The sale process went quickly as we were presented with the vehicle, financing plan and delivery time we wanted in a matter of a few hours. The 2026 Chevrolet Trax was for my son as he needed a new car right away for work and he was able to pick up his new ride the following morning. My son ran into a delay with insurance from his insurance company and the management at Lakewood offered him one of their dealer plates and insurance so he could get on with his day. My wife, son and I were very pleased as it was lots of fun working with Sam and the overall car buying experience was made easy for us. In addition Lakewood Chevrolet is opening their new state of the art dealership by Costco and it will have a express oil change department which is convenient in today's busy world. More
