They picked me up from the airport, gave me a loaner till my vehicle was ready, and to top it all off Benjamin threw in a set up summer tires and rims to make sure I got back to my hometown safe. I doubt you'll find a team more dedicated to customer satisfaction, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. If you aren't from Grande Prairie, I would still recommend checking them out - the savings I got on my forester, plus the wheels and rims by far outweigh anything you would get in any larger city. So if you're in the market, go in and chat with Benjamin and the rest of the team, I guarantee you'll walk away as happy as me. More

The dealership was fine, Askim was a nice sales advisor. The only complaint was that it was a used vehicle that had been used as a loaner and wasn’t cleaned very well when I picked it up. I am sure the service department is great. BUT. Sales gets a minus 100 and why was I being HARRASED almost daily from a MONTH after sales. My vehicle only had LESS than 3000. Km. It did NOT ne BUT. It did NOT need servicing because it sat in a heated underground parking due to my being away and surgery. 226.for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous but the scare tactics of loosing my warranty certainly work well for an old and depressed woman on my own.
