I booked an appointment for a replacement of my tire. As I was more than a hundred kilometers away from the Nissan Service Centre, I requested for a specific schedule (date of my return to GP from work), unfortunately, the agent called me up and informed me that the date of the appointment I picked was already full. The agent then transferred me to the Service Advisor which in turn transferred me to Rob. Upon telling Rob my predicament and assessing the condition and nature of my service request. He was able to provide me the requested schedule. I admire his decision-making skills and the ability to recognize and understand the situation. Kudos GP Nissan for having Rob in your Team.
