Excellent experience buying a Cadillac Optiq last week! Kathryn, David Shuta and Max were outstanding in their service with us. It was the first time in over 30 years that we bought a new car from a dealer and the transaction exceeded our expectations. It was straight forward without any games during the process. David was really knowledgeable during the test drive and proved that we had made the right choice for a dealership this time. Kathryn was very quick to respond (when we were ghosted at another dealership). When the unit that we wanted was sold, she was able to find another vehicle that matched exactly via a dealer trade the same day. That got our business and made a really positive impression. All routine maintenance over the years included new tires, new brakes, new fluids, new filters, new battery, new windshield wipers, throttle body service, differential service, serviced transmission, spark plug wires changed, oil changes, They keep a good track record of all work done. The mechanics that have serviced the truck have always done a great job!

Hello everyone, I visited here Gateway Across Auto Planet August 18, 2025 Bramton for safety check for Van vehicle. My brakes are good and thick pads and Rotors original parts from Toyota parts. and I just replace October 2024.. He said the Advisor cannot pass until I don’t do brakes too. I told them in the first place that my brakes are in good condition But the advisor Vic’s name he said cannot pass the safety check if they don’t do the brakes. I said to Vic that ok, I buy only tires for $175 each and need for 4 tires and The brakes I do by myself. He said, He don’t want to sell the tires because I don’t do brakes with them. So I pull out my Van and I pay the service safety for $200. I paid that amount because I know that I am going to pay more for the brakes later. I know that they were scamming me. So I brought my Van to Toyota to see if I really need a brake service. We. Ensure the thickness all rotors and pads using the Ontario Safety check machine . And the Ontario Safety check Pass All Of The Above. Now I know that the name Vick and other Technician there are trying to scam me. I bought 4 set of tires for only $100 each only and the safety check they give me free. Be careful guys. if you go to this Dealer and you don’t know about cars. They rip you off for scamming you! That is my experience with them. I know about cars so they cannot scam me.

why does the service take so long at this dealership? i was in to have my tires mounted and balanced and so far it has taken over 2 hours. the service desk staff said that he would have me in and out quickly and to wait in the lobby. he didn't ask for my phone number so i was stuck there. After 30 minutes he came out and told me the tires were worn and that they should be replaced and then mentioned some other stuff that could also be done. the total would have been over $1000 dollars and i would have had to wait longer for them to bring the tires in from somewhere else. I said I didn't have the time today and have to be at another appointment. After that everything seems to slow down. If they already have my car in the shop and have looked at the tires why does it take another few hours to get the job done? I'm guessing cause i didn't want to pay for anything extra

I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment for my husbands experience with GM Motors’ customer service. We contacted GM regarding a well-known and common Cadillac issue involving persistent infotainment and electrical system malfunctions, a problem that GM is clearly aware of and one that never should have escalated to this point. Instead of receiving support, we were met with indifference and resistance at every turn. After more than 40 years of loyalty to GM, it was disappointing to be treated as though our concerns were insignificant. The service advisor we dealt with, Julie I believe it was, demonstrated little understanding of the issue and refused to provide the name or contact information of anyone who could escalate the concern. Despite attempts to reach out to district sales managers, not a single person had the decency to respond. The tone throughout this experience felt dismissive and at times, hostile. Resulting in what is the worst customer service experience I have had. At no point did GM appear concerned about resolving the issue, or retaining a long-standing customer. I strongly urge potential customers to consider their options carefully.

We have been very pleased with both the sales and service departments at this dealership.Our sales rep Jeremias Damiano was attentive right from the start. He told us about the vehicle including what damages had been fix on it. After we bought the vehicle, we noticed several problems. When we spoke to Jeremias, he quickly arranged with the service department for repairs to be made, including replacing the rear camera. Brittany in the service department listen to us and made arrangements for the vehicle to be fixed. On a couple of occasions we needed a ride, and even though, we don’t live in Barrie, arrangements were made for a ride either to or from the dealership. Just had a service done...a downgrade from what I have experienced over the past two years...work order specified set tire pressures to spec...was not done. Times I was given for completion of work were way off. When I got carback I had to adjust rear view mirror, seat, steering wheel...never had to do that before. Shows a lack of attention to detail....not the City of old.

Forget all the reviews you've seen. Here is the only one you need to read. If you go, I highly, as a 20yr veteran professional of a safety critical job with very low tolerance for error, recommend dealing with Patrick Barrett. His attitude and demeanor in his sales approach is not only verifiably (and I verify) honest and accurate, he also has the tenure and relaxed approach to accommodate even the most apprehensive clients. If you aren't sure, have little experience, or the utmost savy, Pat will simply lay it into as it is. It's a symptom of his natural ability to avoid any of the salesman games you dread. Pat deploys repeat business as value and it shows. Beleive me... I'm on my 3rd vehicle with Barry Cullen and despite the particulars of some reviews airing their grievances about specific problems, I will leave it to the educated ear to understand that vehicle construction and dealerships are miles apart, and the dealerships themselves are also customers of the underlying manufacturer.
