As usual, my experience was quick and efficient. Having said this, I would like to point out that I made the appointment 10 days to 2 weeks before this date. That experience was not great, after several rings I was connected with an individual who I felt was not efficient and did not speak proper English. My appointment was slotted in for 10:15 am. When I arrived the individual could not find my name and asked for my phone number. She then told me my appointment was for 8:15 a.m., but I could be fitted in. She was very pleasant and accommodating and all ended well. I have never, in all the years dealing with Autoline, had a similar occurrence. Just wanted to let you know that I was not pleased with this situation, but as I said, it all ended well.

I took my 2017 Tundra in for a scheduled service two days - DSmith

I took my 2017 Tundra in for a scheduled service two days before Christmas. On the way in to my appointment I had an issue - a brake controller error on the dash along with various other warning lights. They took the truck in to perform the scheduled service along with a number of unscheduled maintainance items and then trouble-shoot the dashboard warning. The service advisor, Nick M. was very helpful in communicating the techs findings along the way as there were a number of possibilities of the root cause of the issue. Although it was over the Christmas break they made the repair a priority and finished the work in a timely manner - it took an extra to get the part in. When I picked up the vehicle the mechanic/tech was very helpful to explain the cause of the issue and show me on the repaired parts. Very honest and helpful service. Thank you.

Once again Toyota Pickering has showed me that that's the only place I need to go to service my car. I wanted a quick easy fix so I walked into Mr Lube to change over my winter tires to my summer tires. Long story short they tried to charge me almost $800+ for 2 new tires plus the service, my tires are brand new but they told me for safety reasons I needed new tires. I quickly said NOPE (then realized how stupid that idea was)put my tires back on I jump in my car jumped on the 407. I drove my car into the service area I was greeted at my car. Ryan quickly told me "I got this, go have a seat it won't be long" ...I helped myself to a bag of popcorn I grabbed a coffee, and sat for 45 minutes. They washed my car, changed my tires AND charged me the proper amount for a tire swap. I will never go anywhere else and I appreciate all the hard work that Toyota Pickering does to satisfy their customers All the employees are wonderful but I just want to point out Brad & Ryan because they literally made my day, after that horrible experience at Mr lube where I could have spent over $800+ that was not needed. Thanks always.

Their service is terrible. I bring my car in for scheduled service. They tell me the cabin filter needs replacement, and the HVAC needs cleaning. I said no to the HVAC. I get the truck 2.5 hrs later, no mention of the filter on the work order, and I wasn't charged. So it obviously wasn't done. I mentioned the Instrument cluster glass was cracked, probably from the extreme outdoor heat. It has to be ordered. My previous Toyota truck had the same problem. They tell me it isn't covered under warranty, but after I raised a stink they said they will do it "this time". If it happens again and they don't cover it, I will go to Toyota Canada, and make a complaint with OMVIC. Next day, they called me said the part was in. I make an appointment for 11am the following day. I arrived early, gave my keys to the clerk, and and walked all the way to Tim Hortons at Gardiners rd/Bath. A different clerk calls and says they can't do the job until 2pm! I'm fuming! I upheld my part, and then this! Then he calls me back says they will try to fit me in within the next 30 minutes. Not good enough!

Great Price, Great Value and Great People was what drive me to buy at Brimell Great Price! Brimell has the lowest on-line price for a used Toyota Sienna and I have search from Kingston to London and was ready to drive to London just for the price. Great Value! They say "You get what you pay for" but not with Brimell Toyota. I walked in to Brimell Toyota expecting a buy a used Toyota Sienna with a bit higher kilometers just to get a lower price but I walked out buying a new Toyota Sienna for the price lower than a used one from another dealer Great People! Brimell Toyota has Great People and thats what drove me to buy my Toyota Sienna. Dilshad was very helpful with finding me my Toyota Sienna, I told him I was interested in buying the used Toyota Sienna I found on their website but was able to find me a new one. You would see the people skills of Dilshad by listening and understanding my need and setting aside his need to make a sale. I told Dilshad I had a very tight budget and he went back and forth with me and Jenny to accomodate my needs and with both of their help I was able to purchase the protection I need for my vehicle. When I was finaizing my purchase with Shane, although I know they have to push to sell other products, Shane understand the financial limitation that me and my wife agreed and did not feel any pressure to buy other products that came with the car. It was the end of the month so while other dealers would push to have the vehicle sold, Dilshad set that aside to accomodate me in delaying the pick up of the car so that my daughter can still use our SUV that is being traded for her road test. On the day of the delivery Dilshad was suppose to attend his son's ball game but because of unforeseen events he had to cancel last minute just to make sure there are no incovenience on my part during the delivery. You can see Brimell Toyota has great people because while Dilshad was away to have the transfer of plate processed, I had a small chat with two guys a few desk away from where Dilshad was. I told them that although I was happy with my purchase the other dealer had a higher appraisal for my trade in, they took the time to expalin why the value was different. It was great feeling that although they were not the sale associate that I was dealing with they took the time to explain to me the reason behind my trade which made the total experience excellent. I think their name is Jose and Arjie, I did not get their name but saw it on the website. My Toyota Sienna was our 5th car but it was the first time I did not felt pressured buying the car and the overall experience in dealing with Dilshad first and foremost, Jenny, Shane, Jose and Arjie was out of this world. Because of them I could say Brimell Toyota has Great Price, Great Value and Great People

My last 2 service calls are just atrocious from my tire being in your storage and having a puncture or a leak on the side. wall and having to replace all four . Then when the tires where replaced the winter tire studs/nuts where not back in the vehicle. When i left the dealership the 3 remaining tires were not put back in the vehicle . My last service was tire rotation i’m know experiencing tir or front end vibration. When the tires where replaced the locking wheel nuts where not on or inthe car like the winter ones which cost me at the time 66 dollars is this a common occurrence it will know cost me wheel nuts and locks ????

I placed a $1000 deposit for a 2025 Corolla Hybrid LE AWD back in April 2024. Waited until November 2025 and they said they still did not have any car. I was so frustrated and went to other Toyota dealer. The this dealer told me that was impossible, they can get me a car, same model in a month!! Don Valley North Toyota just didn't want to sell me a car and kept my deposit for over a year. The sales rep was called Tony Cao. I will never go back to this dealer ever again, and I am letting everyone I know not to go to this dealer.

useless dealer around went to get my oil change one day and also had a nail in one of my tires told them to repair tire while they do the oil change got my truck asked them if they fixed my tire they said mechanic couldn't see the nail went out side with him didn't even bend over and showed him myself that there didn't fly with me already and they wanted to charge me for a free repair then i was the first to call about my engine recall in march we are now in October never heard from them since i will never buy or use this dealership ever again they should close doors for good
