I took my car in for a recall on a door harness. When I got my car back my windows among other things did not work. Nothing was wrong with my car before going in for the recall. It sounded like a fuse issue and so when I went to see if a fuse had blown while servicing the door harness the fuse for the windows was missing. I took my car back to show them someone took my fuse out and they would not believe me the fuse was missing then spent 30 min trying to fix my windows after I told them the fuse was missing. .....not only did they try to scam me for a repair then they wouldn't believe me the fuse was missing....funny enough when they put a fuse back in everything worked fine...... Although I couldn’t get a deal, but my dealer, Daniella’s service was very professional and friendly. We made friends and I would go back there when I have a better chance of getting a newer car. When calling service you get someone that will book a service appointment for you, that Is reasonably fast...not on hold too long. However yesterday I asked over many calls to talk to a service advi service appointment for you, that Is reasonably fast...not on hold too long. However yesterday I asked over many calls to talk to a service advisor, which you get put in que and after say 10 minutes get a message to leave a message. After many attempts, no service advisor ever answers the flipping phone. I even was on hold with a gentleman from the appointment booking desk that tried his best to physically find someone to talk with me, which he was not able to, as no service advisor at their stations. That is a shame that no one wants to actually do their job. By what I am seeing in other posts, the service department has big problems, and is not stepping up. In my opinion, RHT service sucks!!!
