Over the past 42 years I have, and continue, to receive top end service from this dealership in its past and current locations. The front line service advisors, with shout outs to Kyle and Wadi, have been top end service from this dealership in its past and current locations. The front line service advisors, with shout outs to Kyle and Wadi, have been superb and in my opinion have always gone the extra mile to meet my current needs. More
Brought in my 2017 Rav 4 as the rear hatch wouldn’t close on the left side I was told that being an automatic door the left side rod was worn out and the cost to fix it was approximately $1600 or $400 to r on the left side I was told that being an automatic door the left side rod was worn out and the cost to fix it was approximately $1600 or $400 to replace 2 manual rods. I went with the manual option now -cheaper not having the electric option further Job was completed and the door still doesn’t completely close I was then told that a hinge on the rear top was now bent (likely) from an accident? Interesting as I purchased the vehicle from dealership directly however I would have to take my vehicle to a body shop to have the repair done for my rear door to close properly Clearly a misdiagnosis by Kanata Toyota staff, a waste of money and nothing was actually fixed properly Left voice message with service manager never to be answered with a response Poor job Kanata Toyota More
worse toyota dealer that I have dealt with. Got a vehicle rotor noise to diagnostic(rotor and pads were changed in the same dealer). After spending half a day, they still didn't recognize the Got a vehicle rotor noise to diagnostic(rotor and pads were changed in the same dealer). After spending half a day, they still didn't recognize the issue and said my car is perfectly fine. If you got a real issue of your vehicle, this dealer won't even get the capability to recognize it. They can only do oil change and no better than Crappy Tire. More

Price was just how the Toyota website listed with no suprise fees or markups. I used thier online parts query on the weekend off hours and recieved a response immediately the next work day. All communication has been clear, concise, and respectful. Thus far I am very pleased with Tony Graham overall and look forward future interactions. More

Its the most honest review you can ever get, these guys are rookies and just grab your money They screwed it up my vehicle in service , their diagnostic is so poor to trace the problem , if you have ecp t are rookies and just grab your money They screwed it up my vehicle in service , their diagnostic is so poor to trace the problem , if you have ecp they will make sure they get maximum advantage from toyota to get spare parts as a dealer and keep you unaware with the real problem, I will never recommend them to anyone More
Sold a vehicle I was trying to finance out from under me. 0 mention of a hold or deposit until AFTER they sold it to someone else. They took 1 discriminating look at my credit and sold it to someone else. Ge 0 mention of a hold or deposit until AFTER they sold it to someone else. They took 1 discriminating look at my credit and sold it to someone else. Getting 100k from a bank takes days. Selling assets or liquidating equity also takes time. Most people dont ok to cosign 100k without at least thinking it through. Don't waste your time here you won't get treated properly. Be warned. stay away! More
My fiancé bought a brand new 2019 RAV4 XLE from Kanata Toyota in Fall 2018 and has foolishly serviced it repeatedly at Kanata Toyota. When he bought it in the fall of 2018, they couldn’t facilitate snow t Toyota in Fall 2018 and has foolishly serviced it repeatedly at Kanata Toyota. When he bought it in the fall of 2018, they couldn’t facilitate snow tires on rims for months into the season. So with their direction we went to a 3rd party store for winter tires and steel rims. With these rims we received different lug nuts to accommodate the “Steelies”. So, in turn we have two sets of rims, and two sets of lug nuts and 2 lug nut keys for the locking nuts. In Spring 2019, Fall 2019, spring 2020, Fall 2020, Spring 2021, and now Fall 2021 Kanata Toyota has swapped tires for my fiancé because I’m never home to do it myself and we make it coincide with the regularly scheduled maintenance schedule. Last time his RAV4 went in they charged him $200 to “clean his brakes”. He never called me and OK’d the work based off fear mongering. His vehicle went in today with approximately 50,00kms, the “brake cleaning” occurred around 36,000 I believe. Funny thing is brakes work on friction, so with working brakes (which I would hope a 2019 vehicle worth over $40,000 would have under warranty still) the brakes stay clean, if you let it sit for months in rain they may form surface rust on the rotors that wear off with brake application. Be that as it may, I educated my fiancé and we moved on. Today he went in for his “A1” tier service and had his tires swapped YET AGAIN, and today the service advisor called to say they can’t install his winter tires with the included lug nuts we provided BACK to the dealership in the bag they gave us in the spring because “they’re the wrong ones”. I live in a black and white world, so either A) the dealership was too inept to spot this life endangering mishap for almost 3 years Or B) they saw an opportunity to take advantage of someone who’s brilliant and intelligent and entrusting of automotive professionals. Hint: ILL BET ON B!!!! Their persistent immoral fear tactics leave holes of doubt based off previous work performed, do you mean to tell me the half dozen sets of hands never noticed that the lug nuts that are the proper size and thread are mysteriously improper and are you saying you put my life at risk, and my fiancé’s life and all of our passengers at risk of going down the highway and losing a tire and potentially killing someone? Highly unlikely… I can’t wait to trade the vehicle in at any dealer that isn’t in the Tony Graham group of dealerships. The only superb experience we have had is with our salesman Donnie who no longer works at that location, I wonder why…… “opportunities elsewhere” is a professional way of saying he had a conscience. Well I called for a price for a spare key for my wife’s 2012 Rav 4, asking for nursing discount & was given 10% off parts only with full labour charge, was given 3 prices by 3 different people, 35 for key 2012 Rav 4, asking for nursing discount & was given 10% off parts only with full labour charge, was given 3 prices by 3 different people, 35 for key 60 programming yesterday then price went to 55 + 70 & then finally 39.99+ 70 , very disappointing & it took 3 hours to get a call back price today, when they advertise same day service, how can this be, my nursing wife is stressed to the max & we get this type of response from a supposedly great dealer, don’t think we’ll call back or recommend, we mentioned our daughter bought a Rav from them & I bought a Corolla for my mom a few years ago from there baseline location, guess they don’t have compassion pricing or for repeat customers , it’s not that it’s a high price just confused the way it changes, we called a mobile place & they will come to the house for 80 total, of course the dealer replied that aftermarket may not work, if it doesn’t we don’t pay & the guy was professional & guaranteed his work.
