I had my 2025 Tacoma first service on June 11 Everything went well but when I got home I noticed my rear bumper cross member end cap are missing. Both of them. I had that cap since day 1 been to many car washes, snow storm , rain It would not have come off from the Brimell Toyota to home that easy, unless somebody intentionally took them off. I’m really really surprised someone from Brimell Toyota stole them. They are only $25 on Amazon, but events like these should not happen. They should pay the mechanic well so they don’t have to steal, or don’t hire thieves. I apologize for expressing my experience like this with them More

I am requesting the return of my deposit, as it has now been more than two weeks and I have yet to receive it. I have been given the runaround—each time I call to ask when I can pick it up, I am transferre been more than two weeks and I have yet to receive it. Additionally, when I call back, it seems my number is being recognized and my calls are no longer being answered. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. While the salesperson I dealt with was very polite and helpful, management has failed to release my cheque in a timely manner. If I do not receive my deposit by the end of this week, I will have no choice but to pursue further action. More
