I’m posting this as a warning to others. I am currently dealing with a fraud situation involving financing that was opened without my knowledge using my information. This has raised serious concerns for me about how customer information is verified and processed. There should be stronger safeguards in place to prevent this kind of issue. I recommend that anyone going through financing double-check everything, monitor their credit, and make sure they are fully aware of any accounts being opened in their name. As usual, my experience was quick and efficient. Having said this, I would like to point out that I made the appointment 10 days to 2 weeks before this date. That experience was not great, after several rings I was connected with an individual who I felt was not efficient and did not speak proper English. My appointment was slotted in for 10:15 am. When I arrived the individual could not find my name and asked for my phone number. She then told me my appointment was for 8:15 a.m., but I could be fitted in. She was very pleasant and accommodating and all ended well. I have never, in all the years dealing with Autoline, had a similar occurrence.
