i was in a real crunch after a major part failed (on a non-GM vehicle). We know davis from a GM I own and bring there for service. Lisa went well above and beyond to source parts from another city, on short notice and get my vehicle in the next day. the work done was above par. I paid a little more than usual but my other non-dealer shop was 3 weeks out with a wait.. I really appreciate it since it was not even a GM. I cannot say enough how impressed I was by them helping me out and getting the job done. thank you!!!!

I was under lots off stress due to my previous cars engine catching fire . The turning point of my very long day was Randy finding me my new perfect car for an amazing deal. My first test drive made me so happy. Randy and his team made the experience soo smooth with updates, deals and understanding. He worked with me and for me to guarantee success in my future payments and that even once i drive off the lot im still welcome for any concerns i have in the future. His other team mate Lydia Li helped amazingly to resolve a hiccup i made with insurance and helped me understand all the paperwork and all the benefits i have threw the amazing deals they worked out for me .

purchased used expedition from this dealership. they claimed it was in great condition, nothing wrong. then I took it to my mechanic. BRAKES WERE INSTALLED WRONG, AT LEAST ONE PAD IN THE WRONG PLACE AND OTHERS WERE NOT FLUSH WITH ROTOR. IF THERE HAD BEEN AN ACCIDENT THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN SUED. THEY FIXED THE BRAKES, BUT ONLY AFTER MUCH PROTEST. NOW THEY REFUSE TO FIX 2 NOTICEABLE LEAKS, FROM THE OIL PAN AND TIMING COVER. THERE IS PLAY IN THE SWAY BAR AND THE UNDERCOATING THAT I PAID FOR IS SPOTTY AT BEST, CERTAINLY NOT WELL DONE. i HAVE COMPLAINED TO ALL LEVELS OF MANAGEMENT, NOW THE OWNER IS IGNORING MY CALLS.

Excellent service! Dependable and respectful service department. After having a very negative and frustrating experience at Schwab in Leduc it was recommended to us to take our truck to Adams. Best decision we made was to see Dean in Adams service department. Dean went beyond our expectations and was able to resolve all the issues we were having with the truck. He went the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied and happy customers. Dean and his staff understand and respect the term “customer service” and they actually work to ensure customers satisfaction because they want the repeat business. I would highly recommend the service department at Adams because they stand behind their product and work.

They gave us more for our trade and were much better to deal with then the crappy Chevy dealer in the west end of Edmonton. Smoothest buying experience ever. I’ve purchased several vehicles from the “big dealers” locally in Calgary and never had good experiences. I stumbled across the 2019 Sierra Elevation online, and inquired about some information on the truck. Right away Kyle the Sales Manager reaches out to me, and the rest is history. It was pleasant being able to deal directly with a Sales Manager. I was able to let him know what my expectations were up front, and he ensured they were met.
I felt like I got the best deal, great trade value, great price on the new truck, along with some extras.
Cindy in finance was super easy to deal with as well over the phone, and she was efficient. Had all the paperwork printed out and ready to be signed upon arrival.
Justin even made sure to come by and introduce himself during the delivery of my truck.
All around great experience with Davis Brooks, and I would highly recommend anyone from Calgary consider making the drive to work with this amazing team!

We've been looking for a new 2500HD to replace our aging 2500HD that just turned 500,000 km. We set a budget and started looking for the truck that most fit our needs. We discovered one at Davis in Clarsholm and contacted them to see if the truck was still available. Our first point of contact was Brad Schlossberger who thought there may be a deal pending but told us that he would make sure there was going to be something available for us when we came down. As it happened the truck we saw on line was sold but as promised he had a selection of vehicles that fit our needs. In fact one of the selection had everything we needed and more without breaking the budget. At this time John Corlett contacted us to advise when the truck would be delivered and between John, Brad and all the staff at Davis made sure our new truck was ready to go as promised with the extras we requested. Bottom line - best purchase experience ever and a big Thank You to everyone at Davis that made this a great experience.
