Well I wish I could say something positive... but shop local, support local screwed us with this particular business. My boyfriend took his truck in because the gas tank takes a half an hour to fill due to the gas pump clicking off CONSTANTLY as if it were full. Who wants to stand out in -30°C pumping gas for 30 minutes, right? So call Westlock Motors, service department tell him sure, we'll look at, they run a diagnostic, explain what's wrong and a quote to fix the problem, $800! So boyfriend says yes, fix it (his truck is pretty well his job). So almost 4 hours later he gets his truck back expecting that 4 hours and $800 later that its fixed. So he goes to fill it up... nope, not fixed, can't fill it. Not sure why the service consultant would not have checked to see if the problem had been resolved before returning it and charging my boyfriend for 'fixing' the problem. Call the dealer to see what had happened and what could be done to resolve the problem, speak with the manager and he tells us that if we bring it back in they will run a free diagnostic... hmmm so what is the new diagnostic going to say that the last one didn't? How much is it going to cost to fix the new problem since the last $800 didn't fix it..... why would we bring it back? We are feeling completely scammed by this dealership and all they want to say is bring it back in and we'll look at it again? If you didnt catch the problem the first time in the 4 hours you had it, why would we trust that it would be fixed this time? Are we stupid or something? Worst service experience we've had anywhere.

BRAKES WERE INSTALLED WRONG, AT LEAST ONE PAD IN THE WRONG PLACE AND OTHERS WERE NOT FLUSH WITH ROTOR. IF THERE HAD BEEN AN ACCIDENT THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN SUED. THEY FIXED THE BRAKES, BUT ONLY AFTER MUCH PROTEST. NOW THEY REFUSE TO FIX 2 NOTICEABLE LEAKS, FROM THE OIL PAN AND TIMING COVER. THERE IS PLAY IN THE SWAY BAR AND THE UNDERCOATING THAT I PAID FOR IS SPOTTY AT BEST, CERTAINLY NOT WELL DONE. i HAVE COMPLAINED TO ALL LEVELS OF MANAGEMENT, NOW THE OWNER IS IGNORING MY CALLS.

I recently brought my 2016 sierra in and the whole passenger side of my truck, led lights did not work, I paid them to look into it.
They had stated I needed all new headlight lights and taillights which in turn would have over 2 thousand dollars. I dug more into it and found it to be a basic fuse and replaced it myself for $2.50 and everything works as it should, don’t go here for any electrical work!

We've been looking for a new 2500HD to replace our aging 2500HD that just turned 500,000 km. We set a budget and started looking for the truck that most fit our needs. We discovered one at Davis in Clarsholm and contacted them to see if the truck was still available. Our first point of contact was Brad Schlossberger who thought there may be a deal pending but told us that he would make sure there was going to be something available for us when we came down. As it happened the truck we saw on line was sold but as promised he had a selection of vehicles that fit our needs. In fact one of the selection had everything we needed and more without breaking the budget. At this time John Corlett contacted us to advise when the truck would be delivered and between John, Brad and all the staff at Davis made sure our new truck was ready to go as promised with the extras we requested. Bottom line - best purchase experience ever and a big Thank You to everyone at Davis that made this a great experience.

Smoothest buying experience ever. I’ve purchased several vehicles from the “big dealers” locally in Calgary and never had good experiences. I stumbled across the 2019 Sierra Elevation online, and inquired about some information on the truck. Right away Kyle the Sales Manager reaches out to me, and the rest is history. It was pleasant being able to deal directly with a Sales Manager. I was able to let him know what my expectations were up front, and he ensured they were met.
I felt like I got the best deal, great trade value, great price on the new truck, along with some extras.
Cindy in finance was super easy to deal with as well over the phone, and she was efficient. Had all the paperwork printed out and ready to be signed upon arrival.
Justin even made sure to come by and introduce himself during the delivery of my truck.
All around great experience with Davis Brooks, and I would highly recommend anyone from Calgary consider making the drive to work with this amazing team!
