Bought our Enclave from them in 2018, every problem that we had, we took it there to be fixed. Last week my interior electrical went, took it in on Friday. They found the problem, a screw was found in my hvac hose. Originally was offered 1 hr diagnosis time taken off our bill. Why offer to take anything off our bill? Because they knew they were responsible for the screw from a previous fix for a similar problem. We spoke with Shawn, the service manager, who informed us he remembers working on my vehicle in 2019 for the similar problem. He contradicted himself and back pedaled the whole conversation, and didn't want to 'point fingers.' Stating it would have been impossible that they left the screw in there, although they are the only ones to ever work on my car. He further stated that it must've been there from the manufacture. But again contradicted himself as he stated if he left it in there in 2019, I would have experienced water in the interior soon after that, wouldn't that have happened if it was in there since it was manufactured then? When asked for the service to be taken care of as it was a problem that occurred to negligence on their end, Shawn responded he can't do that, as he needs to pay the mechanics. Ok Shawn, I love going to work to pay your employees to fix YOUR mistakes. NEVER WILL WE TAKE OUR VEHICLES THERE AGAIN OR PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
