In all our visits to different car dealerships over the years, we had the best experience at the Exeter Toyota. Cliff, Aaron and Shelly were all so friendly and helpful. They thoroughly explained the car buying procedure, car specifications, and vehicle financing to us, which made our car purchase experience so enjoyable. While Cliff was working with us during the car delivery, both Aaron and Shelley were so nice to come over to greet us. Cliff was an exceptionally knowledgeable and professional sales advisor. He kindly helped to set up the car system, explain various functions, and address our questions. He also kindly offered to answer questions in the future. What a wonderful team at the Exeter Toyota.

I have had excellent service Auto Lune Toyota . My car was bought in Kingston, Ontario and while other local Niagara dealerships were reluctant to service our two Toyotas,Auto Line has been excellent. I usually book through a service advisor because the only disappointment is the call centre who don’t seem to be able to book what I need. My most recent problem was with our RAV4, it was a problem with the infotainment system. I got an appointment within two days and it was fixed in two hours. Excellent service.

Once again Toyota Pickering has showed me that that's the only place I need to go to service my car. I wanted a quick easy fix so I walked into Mr Lube to change over my winter tires to my summer tires. Long story short they tried to charge me almost $800+ for 2 new tires plus the service, my tires are brand new but they told me for safety reasons I needed new tires. I quickly said NOPE (then realized how stupid that idea was)put my tires back on I jump in my car jumped on the 407. I drove my car into the service area I was greeted at my car. Ryan quickly told me "I got this, go have a seat it won't be long" ...I helped myself to a bag of popcorn I grabbed a coffee, and sat for 45 minutes. They washed my car, changed my tires AND charged me the proper amount for a tire swap. I will never go anywhere else and I appreciate all the hard work that Toyota Pickering does to satisfy their customers All the employees are wonderful but I just want to point out Brad & Ryan because they literally made my day, after that horrible experience at Mr lube where I could have spent over $800+ that was not needed. Thanks always.

I was met there by very nice staff including service advisor Davis that took care of my tire problem and explained me how to fix it in a very professional way. From purchase up until April was great and Max from service to Marco in sales was exceptional . My last 2 service calls are just atrocious from my tire being in your storage and having a puncture or a leak on the side. wall and having to replace all four . Then when the tires where replaced the winter tire studs/nuts where not back in the vehicle. When i left the dealership the 3 remaining tires were not put back in the vehicle . My last service was tire rotation i’m know experiencing tir or front end vibration. When the tires where replaced the locking wheel nuts where not on or inthe car like the winter ones which cost me at the time 66 dollars is this a common occurrence it will know cost me wheel nuts and locks ????

Their service is terrible. I bring my car in for scheduled service. They tell me the cabin filter needs replacement, and the HVAC needs cleaning. I said no to the HVAC. I get the truck 2.5 hrs later, no mention of the filter on the work order, and I wasn't charged. So it obviously wasn't done. I mentioned the Instrument cluster glass was cracked, probably from the extreme outdoor heat. It has to be ordered. My previous Toyota truck had the same problem. They tell me it isn't covered under warranty, but after I raised a stink they said they will do it "this time". If it happens again and they don't cover it, I will go to Toyota Canada, and make a complaint with OMVIC. Next day, they called me said the part was in. I make an appointment for 11am the following day. I arrived early, gave my keys to the clerk, and and walked all the way to Tim Hortons at Gardiners rd/Bath. A different clerk calls and says they can't do the job until 2pm! I'm fuming! I upheld my part, and then this! Then he calls me back says they will try to fit me in within the next 30 minutes. Not good enough!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jim Mackovski, the assistant service manager at my local Toyota dealer for maintenance service, including a quote for replacing the pads and rotors on both axles. I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge displayed throughout the process. The service manager provided a clear and transparent diagnosis, ensuring I understood what was needed. Some of the work was covered under warranty, while I paid out of pocket for other parts. I also obtained quotes from local shops, and while their prices were relatively close to those from the Toyota dealer, the significant difference was that the local shops offered aftermarket parts. Given the quality of service and the use of OEM parts at the dealer, I felt it was worth the investment. I want to take a moment to thank Jim Mackovski and all the techs on the team for their excellent care and service. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership for their exceptional professionalism. .

Stay away from this location. Their service department is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Had a check up appointment on my new brand 2024 Toyota, and a change of winter tires. I’ve waited for 4 hours, no one got me one phone call for updates. Called four times, left messages as no one pick up the phone. When I finally picked up the car after 4 hours, I’ve noticed they reused the old muddy dirty plastic bags that I previously had on my summer tires to cover the winter tires. They xxxxed up my car interior. How cheap and crazy can you be to use the same muddy old plastic bags.? They supposedly to complimentary wash the car as well..my car looks as if someone spit on it. It’s stained and dirty. Also inside the car was smelling alcohol. Probably they drink as well. No one talked to me about anything that has been done to the car or to give me an assessment to the check up. They charged you and gives you xxxx. Don’t go to this Don Mills Toyota Dealership. I will never come back and will file a formal complaint. Horrible experience that will cost me extra money to clean the car. Stay away of this place.
