I purchased my brand-new 2023 Toyota RAV4 from this dealership, and I recently gave the vehicle to their service team for a extremely disappointing. I purchased my brand-new 2023 Toyota RAV4 from this dealership, and I recently gave the vehicle to their service team for a free service. It has now been more than 45 days, and my vehicle service is still not completed. I have not received my car back, and no estimated completion date (ETA) has been provided to me so far. The biggest issue has been the complete lack of communication and accountability from the service team. Despite repeatedly requesting updates and specifically asking for weekly status updates, I have received little to no response. As a customer who trusted Toyota and purchased a new vehicle from Attrell Toyota, this level of service is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I should not have to continuously chase the dealership just to know the status of my own vehicle. I expected much better customer service, transparency, and responsibility from a Toyota dealership. I hope Attrell Toyota takes this feedback seriously and improves their communication and service process so other customers do not face the same experience. More

I went t to Attrell Toyota to get my usb port and check engine light fixed. They charged me $421.30. But they couldn't fix any problem. He said they have to scan further for $175 to determine the problem engine light fixed. They charged me $421.30. But they couldn't fix any problem. I had a recent unfortunate experience at Attrell. My daughter and I saw 2 Sienna's listed on auto trader we were interested in. The receptionist assigned a sales rep to us. When he approached us, there was no introduction or handshake. He noted that one of the vehicles was sold. We sat down in his cubicle and mentioned we had a trade in - he then he showed us the van. We gave him the keys to our vehicle, he said his manager would have to a do the appraisal. He came back, noting the best they could do is $8K-$9K for the trade in. We mentioned that we have been getting close to double of that amount. He said the best he could do is maybe a few thousand more but it would not be close to double that amount and that we would need to put a deposit down for any further discussion or negotiation. We left the dealership very disappointed in the service. We have subsequently found a great deal on a 2024 Sienna at another Toyota Dealership with a trade-in of $14,000. Due to this experience, we will not recommend Attrell. More

I visited the dealership with the intent to purchase a new vehicle and ultimately decided on the 2025 Toyota Highlander Hybrid XLE in Blueprint color, which was available on the lot for immediate sale. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales representative, Mr. Mohammad Nayab Khan, was less than satisfactory. From the moment I sat down with Mr. Khan, I encountered a very rude and aggressive manner of communication. Despite his behavior, I chose to continue the discussion as I was in urgent need of a vehicle. Mr. Khan proceeded to show me the car and then took me to the desk for financial calculations. During this process, he began adding extra, optional services to the price, significantly increasing the overall cost of the vehicle. When I inquired about these charges, he responded in a forceful manner, stating that if I did not purchase these additional services, he would not be able to sell me the car. He explained that he would only be able to sell the car to me if I agreed to these services, as they were part of his commission structure. According to him, without these add-ons, I would have to wait for up to 1.5 years to receive a car directly from Toyota. I found this approach highly unprofessional and unethical, as it seemed to pressure me into purchasing unnecessary services. Below is a list of the additional services that Mr. Khan attempted to force upon me: 5-Year Extended Care Protection (ECP) Warranty - $2,039 + tax (Note: Toyota’s standard ECP warranty is already 3 years or 60,000 km at no extra cost.) Rust Proofing - $1,399 + tax Tire and Rim Warranty - $509 + tax As a loyal customer who holds Toyota in high regard for the brand’s reliability and sustainability, this experience was disheartening. I was hoping for a more transparent and customer-focused approach, especially given the positive reputation Toyota has cultivated over the years. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that future customers do not encounter similar issues. I believe that customer satisfaction should always be a priority, and no one should feel forced into purchasing products or services they do not need. More
