My name is James and I recently purchased a 2024, Toyota 4 runner from Stephen Dukes at Charlesglen Toyota as I had passed my old 2003 4 runner ( previously purchased new from Charlesglen ,that has 500,000 + KLM on it and looks and runs like new ) down to my son thats in University. Stephen was great handling the purchase and sale ! Disappointed to say the least and after not having a loaner vehicle reserved for me I decided to take my truck to another dealer. They solved the problems in my first visit.
