Took my daughters 2018 Ecosport in and my 2018 F150 in for a service appointment. They never mentioned they were going to do a tire rotation as well. My daughter had brand new tires put on the night before that ended up getting rotated and then they rotated my F150's that I did personally less than 10000kms ago? They just go by the computer and don't measure wear stated the service advisor? Also, my Fuel lug nut adapter key went missing for my rims? No support to get me one so I ended up getting support from KAL tire in Lloydminster for a $15 dollar charge...better than having my tires fall off. Make sure when you drop your vehicle off you ask if they plan on doing anything else even if its warranty or up for service. I will from now on

I had my tire change at Marlborough Ford last 20th of March 2021, Saturday. I was not satisfied with the workmanship the serviceman provided because after the job was done my remote start won’t work. Before coming to Marlborough Ford on that day, I used my remote starter, and it was working fine. I proceeded to the Ford service centre to get the job done. After the tire change was done, I got the key, and pressed my remote start key to get the engine starting. The engine did not start running. I noticed an engine light on in front of the dashboard so I spoke to the service advisor the whole thing about the remote starter. He said that he can’t do anything, since the technician who should check is not available on Saturdays. So I was told to come back during the weekdays to get it checked and diagnosed. Besides, the service advisor said that there is no connection between the remote starter and the tire change. But I let him know that whenever I get a tire change or an oil change, I always see the engine light showing up on the dashboard. This engine showed up many times. I do not know how the tire change, or an oil change can affect the engine’s functionality, as well as the remote starter, but that thing always certainly happens. However, there could be a resetting of some sort to get the engine light off the dashboard, as I understand, there are safety features associated with this tire change or oil change. I consider this a job not fully done well, and it has to be fixed by Marlborough Ford as it was an INFERIOR WORKMANSHIP. I was disappointed. Last time, the engine light that showed up after a tire change was fixed without any cost by Ford’s technician. The technician only took him 15 minutes to resolve the engine light. Then my remote starter began working again. I proceeded with my appointment already booked for 26th of March. I never had any choice but take a day away from work without pay. When I came to Marlborough Ford on this day, 26th of March 2021, Friday, I was told that I needed to pay $100+ to authorize the engine diagnosis. I did not agree with the payment since I understand it was too much for me to pay that amount, and then, it becomes precedence that I will have to pay this engine diagnosis again whenever I get my tire change, or my oil change. Marlborough Ford service advisors are sometimes cruel, and they have no room for compassion and kindness. They only think of their profits to make more money. They do not care about their customers. So, I went away taking my car back, and left. MY EXPERIENCE WITH MARLBOROUGH FORD’S SERVICE WAS NIGHTMARISH, SICKENING, DISAPPOINTING, AND FRUSTRATING. I hope their service advisors will change for the better, and improve their service.

Tried to rip off my wife when she took our truck in (Tailgate sticking and check engine light).
1- Tailgate latch was sticking. Thier recommendation replace the whole tailgate! Note: I fixed the tailgate with some WD40.
2- Check engine light (cylinder 4 misfire). Their recommendation replace plug and coil on cylinder 4 (makes sense). But also replace all plugs because they were not OEM ($800).
Had to ARGUE with them not to replace all the plugs.
They definitely wanted to to take advantage of my wife and overcharge her. Exactly what you think of when you imagine a cheating mechanic.

HORRENDOUS service. As a result of their "miscommunication" I lost out on buisness opportunities and have had to adjust my work schedule to meet their demands.
Was not going to leave a review until Dan the manager called and yelled at me to treat me like garbage because I was honest about their terrible customer service. Only dealership I've ever dealt with who thinks it's ok to treat their customers like this; especially when all I wanted was an apology and my accessories installed when they said they would be.
13 days later and still nothing has been installed and I have lost thousands of dollars in business all because of Dan and crooks at Hansen Ford.
Anyone reading this should avoid Hansen Ford. As soon as you sign the contract you'll be yelled at and ignored simply for wanting what you paid for.
These greedy "salesmen" will ruin your car buying experience and if you have a buisness, I would avoid this dealership like the plague, because they will cost you money and you won't even get an apology.

Committed fraud lied about the amvic saying the only thing worong on it was brakes then I found that the motor mounts were a issue and then there was 3 codes that said airbag circuit open so that was the clock spring so the brakes cost me 450.00 motor mounts 250.00
Now I'm going to have a new inspection done from a different mechanic and see what he reports plus a repair of the clock spring so thats another 700.00 repair and when I called them on it they say you bought it as is and so my problem plus the clearly lie on the amvic so I have also reported them to amvic

I'm the maintenance manager for a company that has over 100 leased Ford pick up trucks in our fleet. This dealership has by far the worst service department I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favour and take your vehicle across the city to Hansen Ford for service work. I had an F350 serviced here in August of 2020. Several months later the operator of the truck complained about low power while pulling a trailer. We had the operator check to ensure the air filter wasn't plugged with dirt. To our surprise there wasn't an air filter in the housing. We pulled the invoice from the oil change done by Windsor a few months earlier and saw that the air filter was changed at the last service. Clearly they had forgotten to actually install the air filter. I contacted Windsor Ford and had the truck towed to them from Fox Creek. They inspected the vehicle and said there was nothing wrong with it and said that we must have removed the air filter from the unit. They also stated that they had video footage of their technician installing an air filter in the unit. I asked to see this video footage that they claim they had. I immediately knew I had caught them in a lie. Suddenly there was technical difficulties, the video couldn't be viewed, moments later they said you couldn't actually see them installing the air filter, but you could see their tech throwing away an air filter sized box. They still wouldn't show me the video after this. I ended up taking the vehicle to another Ford dealer that I trust, luckily the engine passed the crankcase pressure test, but the turbo was dusted. Which I had to pay for out of pocket. Because of Windsor Fords lack of accountability I will be taking the $100K/year I spend on services and repairs in Grande Prairie to Hansen Ford.

I’m not happy with this dealership anymore because I had a service for oil change on March 25, 2021, we didn’t use our ford transit after that service. After 2 weeks we tried to drive around Calgary because it was sunny... when my husband tried to reach for his sunglasses where we always put it. It wasn’t there anymore. So I went back to the service and told the manager that our rayban sunglasses was stolen. The manager just said,” why we did not check the car after the service? and he also said “I will investigate” and I waited for more than a month now but never got a call from them.
