Alexis was my service advisor and she has been absolutely fantastic, caring, and knowledgeable with all of my concerns. Alexis organized drop off’s and pick up’s for me, so I didn’t have to freeze. The buying experience that Ford creates at its dealership is outstanding. The perfect amount of ‘sales’ pressure (not pushy, yet enough to make you feel valued), their willingness to accommodate the customer (I test drove every vehicle that I was interested in), the knowledge & familiarity of their product (our sales lady answered all of my questions) and our children were treated like they were the customer (sales lady chatted with our girls, got them hot chocolates, set them up with an age appropriate & engaging tv show when they were getting bored).
Our sales lady went above & beyond. JodyLynn was in touch regularly (not too much or little) and the follow ups weren’t just about the sale of the car we were interested in at her dealership, she asked about other dealership visits & whether our car interests had changed.
In the end, we weren’t able to seal the deal (due to price) but JodiLynn checked in after I got my car to see how I liked it and offered help should I have any questions (I bought a Ford from a KIA dealership) and she followed through on this (needed a new remote for my cars DVDs and she’s already got this on order).
I would highly recommend this dealership and for sure JodiLynn as your sales associate.

I used to own a 2005 Volvo V50, and I brought it to Ducharme when I lived in Bonnyville. It was by far the best service I have had. The service team was very professional and helpful.
I've had a radiator replaced, tires replaced, oil changes done, and various screw-ups repaired after I tried to fix my car myself and didn't work it out. The cost is fair compared to other dealers. The service was always quick, and the advice was accurate and helped me keep my car on the road.
I moved back to Calgary, and the Ford dealer here is 180 degrees opposite service wise. But I sure miss the helpfulness I had at Ducharme!

My wife had inquired about this vehicle with Darrell. Darrell set up a demo ride for us and from there on took care of our needs from showing through sale. My wife and I just purchased a new 2019 Kia Sorrento and were very disappointed with level of service at that dealership and so going in I was learry of potentially insincere sales staff in it for the buck. Darrell was up front about his dealerships desire and need to make some money on every sale and they weren’t about making a lot of money off a few sales. I and my wife could appreciate that and were pleasantly surprised with Darrell’s level of customer service (stayed with us till 6:30 the night of purchase to show and explain some more features etc.) Matt in Insurance and financing explained the benefits of an extended warranty that we normally would not have purchased and then secured the use of a dealer plate to allow us to take our truck home that evening and get to Okotoks registry office the following morning. We’ve recommended our daughter talk to Darrell, Matt and High River Ford when she is ready to get back into a truck. Thanks High River Ford for the full tank of fuel and great customer service.

A shout out to James and all the staff at Jerry Ford in Edson for exceeding my already high expectations and for going above and beyond.
Last week while in Edson I took my Edge in to have warranty work done. The Service Manager, Greg waited patiently for me after hours then took the time to drive with me to listen to some noises. Greg offered me a courtesy car and ensured I was well taken care of from start to finish.
I crossed paths with James, when I picked up my Edge. James was literally leaving for the day but didn’t hesitate to take time to sit down and look at options for a trade in.
Back and forth we sorted out a deal but I was already home. Without a fuss my new car was driven all the way from Edson to me with a full tank of gas

I had great service when i went in to norris ford. The sale people were right there as soon as you walked in. They sat and listened at what you were looking for and went through the inventory with you. The sales people made you feel right at home and explained everything about all vehicles that i was looking at. I have dealt with norris ford for years and never have been disappointed. I would recommend norris ford to everyone. They also take the time to hook up my bluetooth and sync my phone . The maintenance plan is great and i never have to worry about servicing my ford.

I have been into this dealership many times to purchase vehicles as well as service work. My first vehicle purchased from them was a 1995 Mustang GT in 2008 and my most recent was a 2017 Mustang GT. I have had service work done on my Ford vehicles as well as my Dodge vehicles and am always extremely happy with the work and customer service I receive. It is nice to go in for an oil change and not have pushy sales people trying to sell you other services and different oil and stuff.
