I was met by James Rempel immediately after exiting my vehicle. After introducing himself, he asked many pertinent questions regarding my intentions, as well as specific vehicle requirements, trim levels and options that I was interested in. In spite of the inclement weather, he proceeded to show me the entire inventory of new F150 Lariat's, and offered me a test drive once my choice was narrowed down. He demonstrated comprehensive knowledge explaining the many new to me options and capabilities of the vehicle that I selected, and enabled the options to show me how they worked. Once we entered the dealership, the purchasing process began. It was a truly pleasant experience, and at no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase. All available discounts and incentives were fully explained. As well, I was not asked to make a down payment prior to negotiating the price, which further reduced any added or perceived pressure to buy. He then introduced me to the finance department personnel, where all available options, accessories and services were fully explained to me. Again, at no time was I pressured to purchase anything, and was free to make my own selections. Once the deal was made, James arranged all vehicle prep appointments, and ensured that my vehicle was prepped and delivered on my schedule. He contacted me by phone a few days after I took delivery to address any questions I may have had and ensure my complete satisfaction. All in all, purchasing my new F150 at City Ford was a very pleasant experience. Well done, James!!

Recognizing that I was on a tight timeline, Nigel even arranged to have my vehicle worked on over the weekend. ​Not only did they complete the job two days ahead of schedule, but the level of service was outstanding. While the engine was torn down, their mechanic, Eric, identified a few preventative maintenance items that made perfect sense to address concurrently. Nigel integrated this work seamlessly. When the final bill arrived, there were absolutely no surprises—everything was transparently itemized, and they even waived the extra labor for the required oil change, charging only for the oil and filter. ​The parts, service, and mechanical teams operate like a well-oiled machine. my experience started off really well, but once i actually started the buying process it went off the rails. Starting with the incorrect address on my finance forms. Then truck had the wrong tire sensors installed , the locking lug nuts were not installed, and my windshield wiper hits the frame of the truck. I am big into hey let’s solve this. Nope, two phone calls to get the lug nuts, wind shield wiper still not addressed. Let’s talk about the balance of the money that they owed me, several calls finally got them to issue the cheque( wrong amount, wrong address,) had a family member pick up both cheques. as i wasn’t sure when I would get them. Promises made to correct the wiper issue and the lug nuts - crickets. it’s all in the service and they do not deliver. gave two stars only cause I really love the truck

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Misrepresentation of Vehicle Condition and Unfulfilled Commitments I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent vehicle purchase from your dealership. Before purchasing the vehicle, I was assured by the sales representative (Tarun Mander) that the remote starter was fully functional and would work as promised. This assurance was an important factor in my decision to proceed with the purchase. Unfortunately, after taking possession of the vehicle, I discovered that the remote starter did not work. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to have this issue resolved through your dealership. I have requested to be contacted by the dealership manager on several occasions, expecting the matter to be addressed in good faith. Instead, I encountered a lack of cooperation and no meaningful effort to resolve the problem. Despite repeated requests, the issue remains unresolved. I was told that the dealership manger “Randy” would resolve the issue only if he wants to. In addition to the remote starter issue, the vehicle detailing that was promised before delivery was not completed to an acceptable standard. The vehicle was not properly cleaned or prepared for delivery, which was disappointing given the expectations set during the sales process. Furthermore, the delivery of the vehicle was delayed beyond the agreed-upon possession date, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Despite these delays, the dealership failed to ensure that the vehicle was delivered in the condition that had been promised. My overall experience has left me feeling that the dealership made commitments to encourage the sale but failed to honor those commitments afterward. Throughout this process, I have found the dealership's conduct to be misleading and disappointing. In my experience, promises were made to secure my business, but they were not fulfilled once the sale was completed. Rather than working collaboratively to resolve legitimate concerns, I encountered resistance and a lack of accountability. I believe I purchased this vehicle based on representations that were not accurate and on commitments that were ultimately not honored. The combination of the non-functional remote starter, inadequate detailing, delayed possession, and the dealership's unwillingness to address these issues has significantly undermined my confidence in the dealership and its customer service. I respectfully request that the dealership honor its commitments by repairing the remote starter at no cost to me, addressing the deficiencies in the vehicle's delivery, and providing an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience and disappointment I have experienced. If this matter cannot be resolved promptly and fairly, I will have no choice but to pursue other avenues, including filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies and sharing my experience with other potential consumers. Went to deal on a 26 King Ranch they advertised for 86 thousand in Aoto Trader. Called ahead booked an appointment with a sales person to come in and check the truck out. Recieved at least 3 calls after that to make sure I was coming in. Arrived for my appointment and the truck I wanted to look at wasn't in. It was on a test drive. The sales person tried to sell me to a platinum. Didn't want the platinum after the test drive. Asked to see the king ranch and now it was on an extended test drive and wasn't available, but they had a red one in transit that they would make me a fantastic deal on. Negotiated a final price and put down a 5K deposit. Was told the truck would be in within a week. This was a Thursday. I was very happy with the deal. Monday recieved a phone call from Carter asking if i would be interested in another truck as the one I put the down payment on was no longer available. Carter kept asking if I would take a vehicle with less opitions but would not commit to a price. He kept asking me what I wanted and I told him I wanted the truck he sold me on Thursday. He then told me how hard he had been working trying to find me tje same truck but none were available. He did offer to factory order me one but again would not commit to the deal.we made and said it would be 3 months before it arrived. Within 10 minutes of hanging with Carter found the identical truck at a reputable dealer. When I showed them the deal Carter made they immediately said there is no way they could match it without loosing 4K. I ended up buying the truck from them but had to pay more. It sure seems to me that Macklin is playing a silly game of bait and switch and can't be trusted. Simply put, there hand shake and word are worthless.

Absolutely terrible service. We paid over $3,000 to Woodridge Ford and they kept the Ford F150 over a month and returned the truck with the same issues we dropped it off with. We had it in and out several times and they still did not fix the issues. We told Ford it was an engine issue and were ignored. $23,000 later at another dealership we had a full engine rebuild and all the issues fixed.. No one even returned our email or call and could not be bothered to address the issues, but billed us for work that failed totally to fix the initial issues it was brought into Ford to repair. Don't pretend to fix the issue and then bill the customer for the work that failed and left the same problems the vehicle originally came for service for in the first place.

Brought my 2023 Ford Bronco Sport in for a Safety Recall issued by Ford Canada to this scabby dealership. Dropped my vehicle off just after 6:00 am on Friday, June 14, 2023. My vehicle was in perfect condition when I dropped it off, different story when I picked it up. The service technician dropped something on my windshield and cracked big time. Marlborough ford losers are saying the vehicle was like that when I dropped it off. Buyer beware avoid this loser dealership at all cost.

Do NOT buy from this dealership. In November 2024, I bought a 2024 Ford F350 Tremor Lariat HO Diesel from this dealership at an all in price of $110,000 and put $36,000 down. Price was agreed to with my sales associate Isaac McNeill and manager Paul Gilewich through text and verbal phone calls.They sent me a order form with prices. I sat with Jeremy Hamilton for financing. My goal was to pay off the loan as quick as I could to avoid interest by using a big down payment and large yearly lump sums. Jeremy convinced me to use General Bank to get a loan where interest rates were lower and could be bought down by refinancing in a year when rates were lower. He convinced me my lump sums combined with buying down interest would save me a ton of money. He talked fast, used a lot of lingo and convinced me it was better. I asked about a website to track payments and loan balance and he said to just call him for that. (Should have been a red flag) He then started firing out a lot of paperwork and numbers. I questioned the numbers he threw in front of me and verbally discussed the math of the all in price minus the down payment with him. He was super nice and he assured me the numbers add up in the end. I signed what he put in front of me. He packaged a stack of papers into a folder for me. 1 year later, I notice my loan balance isnt what I thought. I go back to the paper work and see that he added $11,195 in a prepaid maintenance plan and a GAP fee of $4347 which is apparently insurance for the financing or something. These are 2 things I would always say no to but he still found a way to sneak it in. To top it off, I've been paying out of pocket for maintenance that would have been covered by this maintenance plan I didn't know I had. I had zero conversations about either of these charges, nor did I agree to them. I even told friends that they did not pressure me at all about extra charges. I signed the papers but rest assured I was tricked into signing for these extra charges. With total cost of borrowing I now owe nearly $20,000 more than I would have under a normal loan. These people were very nice to deal with but I assure you they are very shady. I advise anyone dealing here to slow down the process and very carefully review every document they put in front of you. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like more info and steer clear of Heartland Ford!
