Worst dealership experience I’ve had. I purchased a new SUV and was told it would arrive in 3–4 days. It ended up taking 16 days, and throughout that time I was given inconsistent info I purchased a new SUV and was told it would arrive in 3–4 days. It ended up taking 16 days, and throughout that time I was given inconsistent information about the vehicle’s status. When the car finally arrived and I went to pick it up, I was told by the Sales Manager that the dealership would cancel the deal unless I changed feedback I had already submitted to Lincoln about my experience. I was willing to revise the feedback to move things forward, but was then told they would not release the vehicle until a new survey was submitted with all perfect scores, with no clear timeline on when that would happen. Since they would not release a vehicle I had already made a payment on, they proceeded to cancel the deal. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience involving delays, poor communication, and pressure tied to customer feedback. More
