Took our truck in for service and a recall notice. They didn’t have the right fuel filter so had to go back the next day. They overfilled the DEF and didn’t clean it up so there was dried DEF on the p They didn’t have the right fuel filter so had to go back the next day. They overfilled the DEF and didn’t clean it up so there was dried DEF on the paint. Also someone had left oily smudge marks on the truck. (I had washed it before taking it in) The recall fix did not go smoothly and they needed to contact Ford to get assistance. Ford wasn’t able to resolve the issue immediately and the truck had to stay overnight. I was concerned about items in the back of my truck, so they parked it indoors overnight. Because we were camping about 50km away we needed a Loaner vehicle. Unfortunately their loaners were out. I asked to borrow a used car of the lot, but the used car manager didn’t want to loan one out. We were getting very upset with how things were going. That was when Wayne stepped up and gave us a new vehicle off the lot. Though we really did not want to borrow a new vehicle we greatly appreciated Wayne giving us one of his new vehicles. Thank you very much for that Wayne. Overall, the staff were very friendly. We were offered coffee or drinks several times by different staff members. More

Absolute discrase, zero communication ended up driving to and from over the course of a week 9 hours and 400 in fuel only to find out they didn't fix what my truck was in for only replaced my brakes that did and from over the course of a week 9 hours and 400 in fuel only to find out they didn't fix what my truck was in for only replaced my brakes that didn't need replacing. Charged me 600 $ and gave me back a truck with a grenade transition knowing I have a funeral to go to in the morning. When I was quoted the work (before they k ew I had warrantee) it was 5500$ and what they fixed was 1000 and left the rest and decided to gouge me on brakes that didn't need replacing absolute scam artists zero start two thumbs down. More
