If I could give them a negative 5 star I would. The sales guy was decent. But the finance guy was not….. he pressures you into buying extended warranty that he claims covers any issue you may have, The sales guy was decent. Then calls you a liar and ignores the emails and doesn’t even try to rectify the situation or anything. The service department must be blind as well as they can’t see a blatant safety issue right in front of their eyes when they “safety” a vehicle. Nothing but lies lies lies from finance the. After the sales complete they say “oh by the way it’s not the original motor” More

Son got stopped there with his 2017 f350. They charged 1200 bucks to diagnose a bad relay which we knew that was the problem. Told him it would cost 3500 bucks to fix. We drove there and fixe They charged 1200 bucks to diagnose a bad relay which we knew that was the problem. Told him it would cost 3500 bucks to fix. We drove there and fixed it for under 100 dollars. Would definately not recommend this service department! More
