I came to City Ford with a difficult situation, wanting to get out of a vehicle I had purchased from a different dealer. Hermes and Matt work so hard to get me the best deal possible!! I am not someone who normally writes reviews but feel that my recent experience at Cityford warrants it. I am a very untrusting person and am always on the defensive so I was amazed at how at ease I fel that my recent experience at Cityford warrants it. I am a very untrusting person and am always on the defensive so I was amazed at how at ease I felt when dealing with Matt and Fadi on my daughter's recent used car purchase. These 2 gentlemen were incredible and went over and above for my daughter. I will say that I would highly recommend both for any car purchase. I could not be happier and even though I am not a Ford owner(ever) I may be looking there in the future for my next new vehicle. thank you both so much for putting this Momma's mind at ease. More
