We were greeted in the parking lot by sales professional Sam Castaneda and he was very willing to assist my family and I with our vehicle needs. That was very important in our buying decision as we were ignored at other dealerships. The sale process went quickly as we were presented with the vehicle, financing plan and delivery time we wanted in a matter of a few hours. The 2026 Chevrolet Trax was for my son as he needed a new car right away for work and he was able to pick up his new ride the following morning. My son ran into a delay with insurance from his insurance company and the management at Lakewood offered him one of their dealer plates and insurance so he could get on with his day. My wife, son and I were very pleased as it was lots of fun working with Sam and the overall car buying experience was made easy for us. In addition Lakewood Chevrolet is opening their new state of the art dealership by Costco and it will have a express oil change department which is convenient in today's busy world.

Our best experience ever for the entire sales process in over 50 years. Mikaela, our sales associate was wonderful, prompt responses to requests for information on the Envision Avenir we were dealing on, very personable, honest, and forthcoming. Jade Siffledeen who handled the finance end also bent over backwards for us explaining everything in detail and helping us with add-on packages and getting us the best deal possible. The service department personnel were great as well, both the service writer we dealt with and after purchase of the vehicle made room for us on a holiday to check on a strong odor concern that turned out to be just undercoat curing. Jade Melnychuk, sales manager and Liane Menzel, finance manager, were most helpful in all our dealings with them.

Willem kept me up to date with the process even though he got put on it late because our original salesman left halfway through. Brad in the finance department was great to deal with. We have delt with the Kaizen group for many years with our company trucks, their parts and service, they are top notch.

Purchased a new 2025 3500hd . worst sales experience of my life and i have purchased 4 vehicles from Davis. A deal was made and now the sales manager is not honoring it or returning my email his name is Spencer Sawyer ssawyer@davischev.com. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my 48yrs. I would not recommend Davis to my friends or family and will advise anyone who will listen to avoid this dealership at all cost. Well I wish I could say something positive... but shop... - tbraun

Well I wish I could say something positive... but shop local, support local screwed us with this particular business. My boyfriend took his truck in because the gas tank takes a half an hour to fill due to the gas pump clicking off CONSTANTLY as if it were full. Who wants to stand out in -30°C pumping gas for 30 minutes, right? So call Westlock Motors, service department tell him sure, we'll look at, they run a diagnostic, explain what's wrong and a quote to fix the problem, $800! So boyfriend says yes, fix it (his truck is pretty well his job). So almost 4 hours later he gets his truck back expecting that 4 hours and $800 later that its fixed. So he goes to fill it up... nope, not fixed, can't fill it. Not sure why the service consultant would not have checked to see if the problem had been resolved before returning it and charging my boyfriend for 'fixing' the problem. Call the dealer to see what had happened and what could be done to resolve the problem, speak with the manager and he tells us that if we bring it back in they will run a free diagnostic... hmmm so what is the new diagnostic going to say that the last one didn't? How much is it going to cost to fix the new problem since the last $800 didn't fix it..... why would we bring it back? We are feeling completely scammed by this dealership and all they want to say is bring it back in and we'll look at it again? If you didnt catch the problem the first time in the 4 hours you had it, why would we trust that it would be fixed this time? Are we stupid or something? Worst service experience we've had anywhere.

The service manager was just fantastic dealing with our 2016 Buick Encore engine light problem we encountered on our journey back home to BC. They got us in first thing and we were back on the road by 2:30 that afternoon. Adrian in parts was just super. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and management. They truly make you feel like you are in good hands.

We kind of have a mixed review. When we bought our Equinox, Michelle was our salesperson and she's the best hands down. Where do I start, first itt wasn't detailed as I pulled cheerios from under back seat, then b4 we even left with vehicle it read 2 tire sensors not working. Guys told Michelle, yes fixed. But nope not true as we had to have them replaced when we had to have. 4 new tires put on as I guess the ones on were wrong size. Then worst part the paint began to peel in sporadic spots on front of vehicle and one strange spot on driver's door. Well when we were in shop today , we found out car had been painted b4 and to have fixed WE would have to pay !! The n we asked for trade in value and were quoted over 8000 less then cost with new tires. It was a 2018 equinox and I mean even if we were offered a trade for another 2018 would have made us some happier. We have bought. 6 vehicles here, but not again. BUT I DO MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MICHELLE AS YOUR SALES LADY TO DEAL WITH. Very unfortunate as it felt like they were trying to hold us responsible for the wrong doings.
