Avoid Doing Your Auto Service Work at Cambridge Toyota On April 4, 2026, I had my vehicle 2020 Camry to Cambridge Toyota to do maintenance service #2. Following service items easily followed up by customers after service done, which are including in the service package, were not performed at all while I picked the vehicle up, but Cambridge Toyota fully charged me the service prices of the service package. 1. “Remove & inspect cabin air filter” Finding: I used a piece of transparent tape to seal a small area of the cabin air filter cover after last service. After this service, the tape is still intact and over the place. That means no body took the cabin air filter out from its place to do inspection during this service 2. “Remove & inspect engine air filter” Finding: I used a piece of transparent tape to seal a small area of the engine air filter box after last service. After this service, the tape is intact and still over the place. That means no body opened the engine air filter box to inspect the filter during this service. 3. “Lubricate locks, latches and hinges”. Finding: door locks and hinge area are still covered by dust and dusty spots, there is no signs of cleaning up or covering by fresh liquid lubricant spray (see attached photos). 4. “Remove wheels & visually inspect brake pads, calipers, rotors, brake lines and hoses”. While the advisor asked me any concerns, I reported potential rear brake griding noise. The service found “rear outboard pads metal on metal”, and it charged me extra $84.98 plus tax, which is supposed to be done and including in the service package.

I had a scheduled service appointment on April 17, 2026, at 4:15 pm for my Toyota Sienna, with Mr. Rudy Ramballie assigned as the service consultant. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and was directed to park my vehicle inside, first in line for service. Upon approaching the counter exactly on my appointment time, Mr. Rudy Ramballie appeared overwhelmed and instructed me to take a seat. Although I indicated I was comfortable standing, he insisted, stating that he was handling “twenty other things” and that my standing presence at the counter would delay his work. This came across as unnecessarily rude, especially given that no other customers were present at the time. I chose to acknowledge the situation and sat down patiently. Additionally, a half-eaten sandwich left open on his counter appeared unprofessional. After approximately 10–15 minutes, he returned with paperwork for signature and asked about my tires. I informed him that my all-season tires were in the back and specifically requested a diagonal swap due to uneven tread wear on the front tires, which has been causing road noise and steering stiffness. Instead of acknowledging the request directly, he responded by asking, “Can you explain why you want to do that?”—which came across as dismissive. I still took the time to explain my reasoning, and he eventually acknowledged it. Nearly an hour later, he returned to process the payment. When I asked about my keys, he responded, “Did I give you the keys?” I replied no, after which he appeared unsure and said they were likely on his desk. He then informed me that my request for a diagonal tire swap had not been followed; instead, the technician performed a standard front-to-back rotation, claiming it was done in the “best possible way” to address the wear. This was not what I had clearly requested. Additionally, as I drove home, I noticed that my windshield wipers—clearly worn—had not been checked or brought to my attention, despite being part of the Maintenance Service #1 checklist. This raises concerns about how thoroughly the remaining service items were completed. Overall, I am dissatisfied with both the level of customer service and the quality of work performed. I was charged $107.34, yet key requests were ignored, and basic inspection items were overlooked. Toyota has long been known for its service standards, but this experience raises serious questions about whether customer care remains a priority. I’ve provided a detailed review in the hope that, if service quality is still valued, this situation will be looked into and addressed.

Went to dealer to pick up wipers for my Tacoma that I purchased at Tony Graham. After paying I went to showroom as I am interested in purchasing a new 4Runner and there was one on the floor. I stood in the sales area for 15 minutes while a half dozen salespeople walked past me several times like I was invisible. A couple of them were also in their glass offices and saw me but did not come out to assist. Horrible experience and will take my business elsewhere going forward.

I am so impressed with this dealership and Marcos, our sales advisor. Over the years we have purchased vehicles from many dealerships but we suspect all our future purchases will be right here. The most straightforward and no bait & switch experience. Honestly feels like being helped by a friend. Even after the deal was signed, he was so patient when we were thinking of changing our order, crunching extra numbers and allowing us to leave knowing we got the right vehicle for us. Years of dealing with them. The last event has been. Horrible. Occasionally, the car will not turn off. Sometimes, it will not go into gear. the screen shuts down for no reason. The Toyota app is not available. Other problems with electronics all of which are intermittent. Have to book serviced appointment 2-3 weeks in advance. When you book an appointment they do not confirm it so you have to do it again.

I had a recent unfortunate experience at Attrell. My daughter and I saw 2 Sienna's listed on auto trader we were interested in. The receptionist assigned a sales rep to us. When he approached us, there was no introduction or handshake. He noted that one of the vehicles was sold. We sat down in his cubicle and mentioned we had a trade in - he then he showed us the van. We gave him the keys to our vehicle, he said his manager would have to a do the appraisal. He came back, noting the best they could do is $8K-$9K for the trade in. We mentioned that we have been getting close to double of that amount. He said the best he could do is maybe a few thousand more but it would not be close to double that amount and that we would need to put a deposit down for any further discussion or negotiation. We left the dealership very disappointed in the service. We have subsequently found a great deal on a 2024 Sienna at another Toyota Dealership with a trade-in of $14,000. Due to this experience, we will not recommend Attrell.
