Hello, Overall Experience was positive and there is a - adammartincak

Hello, Overall Experience was positive and there is a high level of customer service and support.. There was one issue which detracted from the overall experience. Which was originally I was offered a biweekly finance loan of 525 or 530 a month. After the financing had been arranged with my cosigner who has excellent credit. This amount then jumped to 579 bi-weekly with a decline to 550 or 560 after 2-3 years. and it was not explained why in detail. Especially given that upon calculating this amount it’s not affordable for me given I am In a consumer proposal and have some other financial obligations. This left me with a negative impression as this is the type of underhanded behaviour I would not have expected with a car dealership with a positive reputation and rating such as GoHonda.

Popped into Team Ford for a quick oil change, and Hassan - Annette

Popped into Team Ford for a quick oil change, and Hassan was fantastic! Everything went smoothly, and the service was great. Also, having coffee available in the lounge while waiting was a nice little bonus. ☕ Always appreciate good service and people who make the experience easy. Thanks, Hassan!

Stopped by Go Mazda for a test drive, and Henry was the - Annette

Stopped by Go Mazda for a test drive, and Henry was the one who helped me out! He was a really cool guy to deal with. I’m still shopping around and haven’t made up my mind yet, but he was super understanding and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. Car shopping can be a lot, so it’s nice meeting someone who’s easygoing and just lets you take your time. Thanks for the help, Henry! Appreciate it! 🙌

I never imagine buying a vehicle could be that simple and - jamesycheung

I never imagine buying a vehicle could be that simple and straight forward. We were lucky to have met Basil Thomas, a Brand Ambassador at the Go Kia South who is knowledgeable on their products and found us a vehicle that met our needs and well beyond our expectation. The price negotiation process was handled professionally and smoothly. On the day of delivery, he patiently provided a detailed walktrough of the new features available on this vehicle. After possession, we had questions on the vehicle and he would followup and responded timely to our satisfaction. We have no reservation in recommending this dealership to our friends in their vehicle shopping.

I purchased a new Ford Mustang Mach-E from Freedom Ford - Vitor

I purchased a new Ford Mustang Mach-E from Freedom Ford and, unfortunately, the experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. When I took delivery of the vehicle, I later discovered it already had over 800 km on the odometer. While I had been told the vehicle would be transferred from another dealership, I was never informed that it would arrive with this amount of mileage. Based on the vehicle's charging history, it appears it may have been driven from Calgary to Edmonton rather than transported. For me, and for many friends and family members I have spoken with, receiving a "new" vehicle with more than 800 km already accumulated is not what most customers would reasonably expect. Highway driving exposes a vehicle to risks such as rock chips, windshield damage, tire wear, road debris, and general wear and tear before the owner ever takes possession. Instead of acknowledging these concerns, I was repeatedly told that this was normal and acceptable. I also discovered that the Ford Service Contract documentation listed the vehicle's odometer reading as 24 km, which does not reflect the actual mileage at delivery. Despite requesting clarification, I have not received a satisfactory explanation. There were also issues surrounding a protection package that was sold to me. The package was verbally described as including protection for the hood, front bumper, and side fenders, but the installed protection did not match what was discussed. During a subsequent meeting, I was told I would receive a refund, yet I never received written confirmation or any follow-up regarding that commitment. What has been most frustrating is not just the issues themselves, but the lack of communication and accountability afterward. My last conversation with the dealership was unpleasant enough that I requested all future communication be conducted by email. I want to acknowledge that some members of the sales team were courteous and initially appeared willing to help. However, the overall handling of these concerns has left me feeling disappointed and unsupported after making a significant financial purchase. I hope Freedom Ford improves transparency, documentation, and post-sale customer service so future customers do not have to go through a similar experience.

We received excellent service from Northwest Toyoto and - Ceryan1951

We received excellent service from Northwest Toyoto and our salesman Jalen was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly & quickly . JALEN made us feel important and very comfortable in our purchase of a 2026 RAV 4 . If you go looking for a Toyoto go to Northwest Toyoto and ask for JALEN. He will look after you very well.

We had a great experience from start to finish. - Brad

We had a great experience from start to finish. Bilal was our salesperson and was excellent to work with. There was never any pressure to buy, and he was always friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. If he didn’t know the answer to one of our questions, he was upfront about it and got us the correct information right away. He also helped us find a truck that had features we weren’t originally looking for, and it ended up being a much better fit than what we had planned. Ethan, the used vehicle sales manager, was just as great to deal with. He was straightforward, honest, and made the whole purchase process easy. We didn’t work directly with the new vehicle sales manager, but when we asked about buying a brand new truck identical to the used one, we appreciated that he didn’t try to steer us in that direction. Instead, they all agreed the used truck was the better value and even offered to show us a new one so we could compare for ourselves. They were right. We ended up with a practically new truck with only 5,000 km that was exactly what we wanted. When we first looked at and test drove the truck, it was pouring rain. Because of that, we missed a small broken piece during the inspection. We brought it up after all the paperwork was signed and after taking delivery, and Ethan didn’t hesitate. He immediately said they would replace it. Overall, this was the best vehicle buying experience we’ve had, even better than when we bought our Volvo from the Volvo dealership. Everyone was honest, straightforward, and genuinely interested in helping us make the right decision rather than just making a sale. They stood behind what they sold, they’ve definitely earned our future business, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The guys upstairs were also great to deal with. They were not pushy and professional.

Had a great time checking out a vehicle at Southtown - Annette

Had a great time checking out a vehicle at Southtown Hyundai! Alvin was awesome to deal with and made the test drive fun and easy. He was super chill, answered my questions, and made the whole visit enjoyable. I’m still exploring what’s out there, but I just wanted to give credit where it’s due. Thanks for being a cool guy to work with, Alvin! 😎

Atlantic Auto Sales is one of the best car dealers in - nathankj115

Atlantic Auto Sales is one of the best car dealers in Calgary. I bought my car from Sam in March and not only was he able to get me a great deal, he also has taken care of everything since. Sam and the team have also come through everytime with anything I needed for my car. Definitely recommend!

I negotiated a trade-in value, provided photos, disclosed - jeffbohn

I negotiated a trade-in value, provided photos, disclosed known issues, and received approval before arriving at the dealership. Once there, the agreed trade value was reduced by $3,000. After already arranging financing and traveling to complete the purchase, I felt backed into a corner. The sales associate was professional, but the handling of the trade appraisal by management left me with little confidence in the dealership's sales process.

Glenn Alexander was our sales specialist. - kfwilson68

Glenn Alexander was our sales specialist. Was looking for a used truck. When one came in that met our needs he contacted us right away. Was very accomodating throught the process. As it was a used vehicle it had to go through the inspection process which revealed it needed new tires. Glenn went to bat for us and has a set of heavy duty all weather truck tires installed instead of more basic tires. Glenn's service was fantastic.

Traded in my car on a used car in March, 2026. - GonetotheDogs

Traded in my car on a used car in March, 2026. Only now can I handle speaking about it. If buying a used car could be a traumatic experience (which I think it could), purchasing this car from Go Auto Outlet South was. I feel as a mature woman, purchasing my car alone, I was preyed upon by every, single (male) person that I encountered in this dealership. And that was MANY because every time I turned around, a new guy was coming over. It took FOUR visits to the Leduc dealership (from my home in Sherwood Park) - 4 hours each on Saturday and Sunday; 3 hours in the afternoon a couple of days later and 2 hours (of SHEER xxxx!!) on the night I picked up my 'new' car. Everything else had been bad enough - and I mean BAD!! - but the evening I picked up the car I had a full-blown anxiety/panic attack - sat in my vehicle outside the dealership flushed and dripping in sweat, crying, shaking, bp thumping in my ears, and was physically ill for two weeks after. Way too much misery and detail to get into here about everything that was WRONG, terrible, unethical and discriminatory about the way this dealership treated me and how they conduct their business. As if purchasing a vehicle (especially a used one) isn't stressful enough, these guys (aside from reception staff in my 4 days/13 day and evening hours there, I only saw male sales staff) employ every nasty sales strategy in the book to wear you down, exhaust and confuse you, to get max $$ from you (through purchase price and financing terms). They fire multiple sales staff at you - I 'worked with' at least SIX sales staff over my 4 trips there. No consistency, no sense of feeling 'looked after' by one sales person - nobody sharing information - paperwork and things we had agreed on kept disappearing, necessitating starting all over with another sales guy. Clearly intended to confuse the solo, older woman. The review of the Bill of Sale and finance contract was done at the end of 4 hours on the 2nd day, at closing time on Sunday (after EIGHT hours over the weekend), by which time I could ONLY think of getting out of the place - anxiety off the charts, hungry, thirsty, hot and completely exhausted. I signed away, including purchasing a $1,500 "protection package" for which COUNTLESS requests (over the phone and over the next two trips there) for an invoice/receipt/proof of application (of rust protection) were denied. NEVER did receive proof of application of this 'protection package' - just 'take our word for it - it's there!' Right. The first sales guy, Muhammad, lied to me about there being two key fobs. He noted and signed re this on the 'first contract' I worked on with him - but that contract disappeared, so so did the signed note about the fob and all the pricing/financing we had agreed to ... just gone. They also insist on getting the registration for the car - first time I've encountered that. Have always got my own registration and when I said I wanted to get it myself, Justin said 'no, we don't allow that'. This resulted in a change in the pick-up time (I had already booked a half-day off work - had to change that). Then, on the cold, snowy night I went to pick up the car from Justin, at the CORRECT time (I have ZERO doubt that I had noted the correct time because of the change), Justin wasn't there. Yet another sales guy comes over, tells me I'm late, Justin has left and I'm 'lucky there is still some staff there - we're technically closed!' REALLY?! Couldn't believe it. We then argued about the missing fob (which I found out about then) - it was a real scene (I couldn't take anymore; he was AWFUL to me). I was "promised" the 2nd fob in 3 weeks ... Think I got it? No. Conclusions: 1) DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM GO AUTO!! 2) DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR THESE PEOPLE!!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car, and I’m - Tess

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car, and I’m very happy with my decision. David Siervo and Parag Sharma were both extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and support. Thank you, David and Parag, for making my car-buying experience such a positive one! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

We had a very good experience dealing with Go Auto - Jane

We had a very good experience dealing with Go Auto Yellowhead. Our salesman, Abe was very friendly and helpful. He did not pressure me to purchase the vehicle and gave me time to think about it. He and his manager were very accommodating with all of my requests and answering my questions. Although Abe and the finance person shared the package and warranty options, they left the decision up to me. We bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. It was in very good condition, especially for its age. There was a large jeep logo on the hood that was peeling off. I asked them to remove it knowing that the paint might be faded. Instead of just removing the peeling sticker, they offered to get the hood repainted at no extra cost to me. When we picked up the Jeep it was spotless! The whole process was positive! I highly recommend that you ask for Abe to help you out!

I purchased a 2026 rouge 5 months ago. - fasttracktolife

I purchased a 2026 rouge 5 months ago. My car has 6500 km on it now and the tires are already 30% done, they said it's normal wear for the tires they supply, they said they can't make a claim until my tires are 90% gone with a tread depth of 2/32. I then told the service manager that driving my car tires down to 2/32 (10% tread left) was very unsafe. I also mentioned that it's not normal for Yokohama tire to loose 30% tread will equal out to loosing 90% tread loss before my second oil change. They said it's 100% normal to loose that much tread and then brushed me off. They obviously don't equip there cars with tires that are ment for Alberta driving. The worst part about all this is that I paid for gold prospection on my tires and I geuss that doesn't include premature wear. They had a excuse for everything and even tried to measure my tires with a defective electronic tread depth gauge. I knew there Gage was off due to the fact I went to another shop to have my tread depth on my tires measured. I then told them to grab a new non digit gage and to measure infront of me. And the outcome was that the tread depth on my tires where less than what they claimed. They then got flustered with me and disregarded anything I had to say afterwards.

Had a full service and brakes done, and 3 months later a - cc

Had a full service and brakes done, and 3 months later a total engine failure. We have the documentation that reported. They will not respond to our request for a refund; they claim they don't see these cars often. They sell them?? Clearly, the automotive repair services have little knowledge; do not take your car there for servicing.

Star — Disappointing Sales Practices and Customer - viktor.ishchenko

Star — Disappointing Sales Practices and Customer Service I visited North Edmonton Kia as a serious buyer interested in purchasing a Ford F-150 Lightning. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Instead of a transparent negotiation, I encountered pressure to provide credit-related information, including a request for my credit card and questions about my credit and Social Insurance Number, before we had agreed on an acceptable deal. The vehicle was advertised at $59,987, yet an additional $1,500 detailing fee and other upselling were introduced during the discussion. These additional costs were not clearly disclosed in the advertised price. Most concerning was the attitude of Sales Manager Mike Torbeih. When I asked whether we could negotiate or explore alternative options, he simply walked away. As an experienced sales and customer-service professional, I found this approach dismissive and unacceptable. I came prepared to purchase a vehicle, expecting transparent pricing, professional communication and respectful treatment. Instead, I left feeling intimidated, disregarded and deeply disappointed. I believe dealership management should review its sales practices, disclosure of additional fees and treatment of prospective customers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend North Edmonton Kia.

Car advertised on their site. - NotToday

Car advertised on their site. We went to the dealership (Maclin ford) to view/test drive it. Salesperson said they needed to talk to their manger. Salesperson came back and said someone had just put a deposit in it, but wanted to show us other options. We left because I’m not interested in being played. The car is still posted on their website a day later. Very shifty practices.

Great place to buy a vehicle the whole team is good - Wapanweb

Great place to buy a vehicle the whole team is good regardless of who you go to. Our salesman was Johnny, and our finance guy was Oz. Great team. Love our car! They went above and beyond even after signing paperwork. Great business will recommend to others.

I have purchased 6 new trucks at Davis GM (or formerly - sam czember

I have purchased 6 new trucks at Davis GM (or formerly Stephenson's) in my 66 year life and 1 used impala.. Today I wanted a flat repaired on my last new truck purchase and was told it would cost $25! So much for loyalty. My next new truck will not come from Davis.

I can honestly say that I have been a satisfied customer - mr_t_58

I can honestly say that I have been a satisfied customer at this Tower Chrysler Dealership for the past 6 years. Whenever my scheduled and non-scheduled appointments come up, this is the dealership of my choice. My service advisor Russell H. gets me in and out in a reasonable time, and if I can’t wait around, the Tower Shuttle or Uber takes me to and from my destination. Russell is very friendly and hugely knowledgeable in his role. The only stumbling block is when a part is on back order, which can impact my day to day activities, but that really isn’t the dealerships’ fault. I don’t have any complaints on the quality of the workmanship from the guys in the shop, as just like the front end folks, they are all professionals and it shows. Other than Russell helping me out, the other ones are Nader the Service Manager, and Amanda the office assistant. These people and their willingness in seeing that my service needs are looked after properly, are the reasons that I continue to visit Tower Chrysler. David T.

Dealership has gone down hill. - Disgusted Ram Owner

Dealership has gone down hill. I was forced to pay full price for both attempts at fixing my Ram 2500 Diesel truck and found my truck had been driven extremely hard while in their care. Fuel consumption jumped by more than 2 l/100 and my items in the truck were in a haphazard state. I've purchased many units in the past from the dealership but rest assured it won't happen again. Stay clear of this place. I'd have given less than one star if I could. Kind of sad given the great place that it used to be.

Amazing service for the purchase of my new VW. - Melissa Petryna

Amazing service for the purchase of my new VW. Would highly recommend the sales team!

Unbelievable service, and time management skills! - Kanen Cottreau

Unbelievable service, and time management skills! I was able to get a vehicle I loved with financing in under 3 hours of showing up. The vehicle is treating me well, I love it. The team really did an outstanding job with helping me, even with my credit score!

I’ve now been to Wolfe GMC Calgary twice, and both visits - David Ledoyen

I’ve now been to Wolfe GMC Calgary twice, and both visits left me genuinely impressed. On my first visit, one of the mechanics actually came out and drove with me so I could show him the exact issue I was experiencing. It made me feel like a VIP — not rushed, not dismissed, but listened to. My second visit was even better. The service team went above and beyond to help me with a repair that originated from another dealership. Alicia Baer’s communication was exceptional from start to finish. She kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process easy during a situation that had been stressful elsewhere. The technicians handled the repairs professionally, and the vehicle now drives exactly the way it should. Wolfe GMC Calgary treated me with respect, care, and real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a service department that makes you feel this supported, and I’m grateful for the experience. They’ve earned my trust and my recommendation.

Terrible customer service. - tannerchutskoff1

Terrible customer service. Agreed on a trade in price. Did all the paperwork, but didn’t sign the contract due to closing of store hrs. They told me to cancel the payments and to get the total amount left owing on my vehicle for a pay out. The next day they ghosted for 4 days. Told me they lost the buyer for my trade in and couldn’t do the price we agreed on. Then they low balled me. They tried to say they were giving me a deal still. That they were giving me a 5000 dollars off the new vehicle which was already a federal incentive. Talk about shady xxxxxxx dealership.
