I tried to upgrade from my Ford Escape to my dream vehicle, the Nissan Murano about 6 months ago, and not surprisingly, I didn’t qualify at the time. Cameron, the finance manager was honest with me then and told me to wait about 6 months and try again. I contacted him last week and gave him the details he would need to try again, with the conditions that I only want a brand new Nissan and I asked him to try only one bank instead of sending my credit off to 6 banks like most dealers do. He followed my instructions, was honest and straightforward with me throughout the whole process, no big promises, no false hopes. He called and gave me an update everyday, and worked with me like no other dealer ever has to get me what I want, at a rate I can afford. He didn’t try to sell me something completely different just to sell me something, he worked hard to try and get me what I asked for. It took about 4 days for him to get an approval with a down payment I could afford, and I drove my brand new Nissan Murano SL home on Saturday. I dealt with Shaun and Daniel as well and they were also professional and super helpful. I noticed a small dent on the chrome trim on the passenger door and pointed it out to them, and within minutes they had a request in for a new part at no cost to me. I had an amazing experience with Nissan because of the people who work there, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with honest people who don’t try to push you into buying something you don’t want.
