I bought a 2026 wrangler from crowfoot. The first morning I turned on the defroster it cracked the windshield. I googled the problem and they said that it was a common problem. When I took it to crowfoot they said it was an impact. Total bunch off hooey. It had a small star when the crack exited the window. Total run around. Then they quoted me 1100 for a new windshield. I can get one from national auto glass for 190-240 dollars that is 20 percent of what crowfoot wants. I counted and they have 40 vehicles parked on city boulevards. Choose you dealer wisely as it is the second most expensive purchase you will make

What a lovely young man! Finance manager Stefan Piechocki was very helpful as well ! I think we got very special treatment from both of them. The dealership on a whole is rated first class!! I would not hesitate to return. I will suggest to anyone I know that they should check out Eastside Dodge!!

I have been bringing my truck to Airdrie Dodge for all of the service and regular maintenance since I bought it and I have always been happy with the service. I brought my truck into Airdrie with an electrical issue and Andre was my service advisor. From the onset he was great, regularly provided me with updates. This issues was more in depth than originally anticipated and that’s when Andre stepped up and ensured that I was not without a vehicle that met the specific needs that I had. As mentioned earlier I have always been happy with the service I’ve received but this was above and beyond!! Truly top tier service.

By far the worst experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Purchased a used BMW on trade-in that was outfitted with BMW M Performance coilovers. They were blown, with no mention of this on the mechanical inspection. According to them, everything was in tip-top shape. After contacting them regarding the issue a week after the purchase date, it took 8 weeks for replacement parts to correct the issue. A shuttle home was offered because a loaner vehicle was not available until the next day. The shuttle was to be over an hour wait. The loaner vehicle for the next day was never offered again. Very inconvenient. Once the parts arrived, they were replaced. However, they were replaced with a MUCH cheaper BC Racing BR Series coilover kit, which is the cheapest kit ($1,000 vs. $5,000 comparatively). The cheaper parts do not offer the same adjustment capabilities as the BMW M Performance brand. After asking if I could keep the original BMW M Performance coilovers, since they are expensive and I bought the vehicle with them being a selling feature, they refused. They are not part of a core exchange program or an insurance claim. I'm sure they were keeping them for someone to sell second-hand due to their high value. I was given the runaround about the service manager leaving for the day. After going back and forth in the service department and raising the issue, they reluctantly gave them back to me. My property that I paid for, I had to fight tooth and nail to get. I was not made aware that a much cheaper, incomparable part was going to be used to replace the BMW M Performance parts. This is a misrepresentation of a vehicle for sale and its mechanical inspection. I was only made aware of the much cheaper brand after I asked what brand they were over the phone prior to pickup. The parts were replaced with the cheapest possible option, which is NOT equivalent to the equipment I purchased the car knowing it had. They had to align the vehicle after replacing these components, and the front end now sits about 2" higher than the rear due to not being adjusted properly. This is misrepresentation of a motor vehicle for sale, theft, and consumer fraud. Do. Not. Go. Here.

I was there today (Aug1/26) and I had the best car buying experience ever. The whole staff was more then pleasant they were awesome to deal with. Unlike most dealers that you go and hang around for 2-3 hrs then they say ill get back to you in a day or two. No not like that here. Landed at 10:30 and was driving my new Trailhawk home at 1:00. My salesman Kevin did whatever he needed in a professional matter but also being very helpful. Also a shout out to Dave(finance) and the manager whos name I cant remember because I already gave away your business card to a neighbor. Thank you all again and I do know where I will be returning to in the future. Anyone reading this you should go as well. You won't be disappointed

Service dept is a total wreck, from the service manager to the shop foreman to the techs. They had my new truck for 85 days for a warranty issue,and were unable to figure it out. Took it to another dealership and they found the problem and ordered the parts to repair it on day 1. I stopped by their dealership to let them know what the problem was and the service manager was rude and just laughed at me.Their work order said they checked the fluid in the T-case twice and found no metal debris.New dealership said there was lots.

This same salesman didn't inform his associate he had a deal being done while we are getting ready to take it out...I understand timing is everything but be open about it what a waste of time. I did work with Chad and he went to work to find another vehicle and by the end of the day he had a suitable vehicle ready to process.Dennis with financial was super informative and patient , I would recommend Chad with Renfrew as a sale professional to anyone interested in the purchase of a new or used vehicle.

Then, they try to sweeten the deal by offering you a "cash back" incentive. What they don't tell you upfront is that it’s a complete trap: you end up just paying that exact cash back right back to them in the end through your financing and inflated hidden costs.I tried escalating this directly to their General Sales Manager, Jamie Harms, and the General Manager, but they are completely ignoring me now that they have my money. They refuse to fix it. Save yourself the financial nightmare and stay far away from this dealership. They care about predatory profits, not their customers.

I can honestly say that I have been a satisfied customer at this Tower Chrysler Dealership for the past 6 years. Whenever my scheduled and non-scheduled appointments come up, this is the dealership of my choice. My service advisor Russell H. gets me in and out in a reasonable time, and if I can’t wait around, the Tower Shuttle or Uber takes me to and from my destination. Russell is very friendly and hugely knowledgeable in his role. The only stumbling block is when a part is on back order, which can impact my day to day activities, but that really isn’t the dealerships’ fault. I don’t have any complaints on the quality of the workmanship from the guys in the shop, as just like the front end folks, they are all professionals and it shows. Other than Russell helping me out, the other ones are Nader the Service Manager, and Amanda the office assistant. These people and their willingness in seeing that my service needs are looked after properly, are the reasons that I continue to visit Tower Chrysler. David T.

Dealership has gone down hill. I was forced to pay full price for both attempts at fixing my Ram 2500 Diesel truck and found my truck had been driven extremely hard while in their care. Fuel consumption jumped by more than 2 l/100 and my items in the truck were in a haphazard state. I've purchased many units in the past from the dealership but rest assured it won't happen again. Stay clear of this place. I'd have given less than one star if I could. Kind of sad given the great place that it used to be.
