Horrible experience. Sales guy lied about the vehicle features, finance guy was a complete jerk when I refused the extended warranty, and now the sales manager is refusing to rectify the situation. (No block heater on a NORTH Edition vehicle, literally the name says its made for cold climate). Sales guy assured me this vehicle had all the winter features needed. Run, don't walk from these crooks. They could care less once the sale is signed. They have lost a long term customer 100%. Two thumbs down.

St Albert Dodge sold me a brand new vehicle with a - Justin

St Albert Dodge sold me a brand new vehicle with a Monroney Label that misrepresented the specification of the vehicle. After months of Denial they admitted it and I have the documentation to prove it. If you purchased a ram 1500 Rebel, laramie and various other models between sept 2024 and March 2025 (the 2025 model) check your window sticker and see if it has front light animation and rear light animation and see if the vehicle has this. None of them do. They admit they misrepresented it and want to do nothing at all, blaming it on a printing error however it will be on your window sticker, build sheet, the advert for your vehicle and the official Stellantis FCA specification. They do not want to acknowledge the issues as it cannot be retrofitted. The cost of the correct lights is over 3k USD. Check it. I am pursuing this through AMVIC, BBB, the CIU and a small claims court. They misrepresented the vehicle provided.

I had almost lost all hope on getting a decent vehicle to get me and my son around safely. I needed a reliable vehicle that I didn't have to worry about. I have a past that lead me to a very poor credit score and it took a little time but Anish was determined to help me! And I have had my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk for a few months now and I am not stressed going into the winter season at all. He even had a contact to help me get insured as that proved a little difficult as well. I can honestly say that I have been a satisfied customer at this Tower Chrysler Dealership for the past 6 years. Whenever my scheduled and non-scheduled appointments come up, this is the dealership of my choice. My service advisor Russell H. gets me in and out in a reasonable time, and if I can’t wait around, the Tower Shuttle or Uber takes me to and from my destination. Russell is very friendly and hugely knowledgeable in his role. The only stumbling block is when a part is on back order, which can impact my day to day activities, but that really isn’t the dealerships’ fault. I don’t have any complaints on the quality of the workmanship from the guys in the shop, as just like the front end folks, they are all professionals and it shows. Other than Russell helping me out, the other ones are Nader the Service Manager, and Amanda the office assistant. These people and their willingness in seeing that my service needs are looked after properly, are the reasons that I continue to visit Tower Chrysler. David T.

Dealership has gone down hill. I was forced to pay full price for both attempts at fixing my Ram 2500 Diesel truck and found my truck had been driven extremely hard while in their care. Fuel consumption jumped by more than 2 l/100 and my items in the truck were in a haphazard state. I've purchased many units in the past from the dealership but rest assured it won't happen again. Stay clear of this place. I'd have given less than one star if I could. Kind of sad given the great place that it used to be.
