If I could rate them a zero I would. Had work done to our new vehicle and they managed to put deep scratches in both rear doors from leaning on them. The interior headliner was covered Had work done to our new vehicle and they managed to put deep scratches in both rear doors from leaning on them. The interior headliner was covered in grease and they took a brush to the hood. After complaining multiple times about the sloppy workmanship they half xxx cleaned the interior and buffed the scratches. Paint is still damaged and easily seen. I complained to the service manager Norman Mercier about the problems and he said he would do nothing for us. He expected us to use are own insurance to pay for the damages they did to our new vehicle. After them having our vehicle 11 days and going there 6 times they did not resolve the problem. They refused todo anything about the damages. Now we have to pay for paint correction out of our own pocket to try and fix what they did. I asked for camera footage and they did not have any to show us and kept saying that they didn’t damage the vehicle. Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They do not take responsibility for their actions and put it on the customer. More
It was a pleasant experience working with Dima and Varan getting a deal done on my new dodge hornet! Only thing I didn’t like was how I got this vehicle and didn’t get an owners manual. Service department is terrible. Took my truck to parkland chrysler because I was hearing an engine tick and getting a petiodic noise from my front right wheel well. Truck still cove Took my truck to parkland chrysler because I was hearing an engine tick and getting a petiodic noise from my front right wheel well. Truck still covered by warranty. Recieved a call few hours later saying they stopped troubleshooting the issue because they located a lose air intake hose and debris was believed to have got into the engine. The service advisor (corey) advised the warranty would be voided and asked where I've had my vehicle serviced in the past. I've never touched this air intake hose which apparently you can only access if the top engine cover is removed, which I never have done so. The truck was purchased as a cerified pre-owned vehicle from a Dodge / Chrysler dealership in leduc in 2024. All service history other than two oil changes was done at parkland dodge. I spoke with the service manager, Trina who said that once techs found that the air intake hose was lose, they stop all work as the warranty is voided. My question was, how do we know exactly that the lose air intake hose is the culprit for the engine tick which is a common, well studied and documented issue with hemi engines? Trina couldn't answer my questions and was fairly rude. I ended up taking my truck after having to pay 280.00 for a diagnostic and 1 hour of labor. Corey did tell me thst the front struts have some minor leaking but would be replaced and covered under my gold package warranty. Corey advised he would order the struts and let me know once they were in. Next day, I took my truck to Great West Chrysler. They had my truck for a few weeks (provided nice loaner). Turns out the breather hose was not the issue and it was the intake rocker arm was lose and the push rod was worn out causing damage to two cylinders. Great west chrysler fixed the engine issues and all covered by warranty. Night and day experience between these two dealership service departments. Now.. back to parkland dodge.. the saga continues.. So today I bring my truck in to have the front struts replaced as the parts had arrived. Again I dealt with Corey who advised that the struts were covered under warranty. An hour later, Corey calls me to advise the current shocks on my truck are aftermarket and therefore it wouldn't be covered by warranty. When I purchased the truck (2022 ram 1500 sport) I had no idea there was aftermarket shocks, nor was it told. I told Corey that I'd pick up my vehicle as I'll deal with the struts elsewhere. Upon reviewing the invoice, I see the service tech who originally checked the strut assembly documented the shocks were not OEM but aftermarket fox shocks and documented that in his diagnosis report the previous visit when I took it in to deal with the engine tick. Somehow this was missed and my time was wasted again. Basic maintenence like oil changes and tire rotations.. sure, parkland can probably handle it.. anything serious, go elsewhere. I had a good experience at Great West Chrysler. More
Disabled my vehicle by flashing the computer. My vehicle was deleted, but I didn't know about it. There is no way they didn't see it when they hooked up their computer. But they decided to go ahe My vehicle was deleted, but I didn't know about it. There is no way they didn't see it when they hooked up their computer. But they decided to go ahead without asking me simply because they put money above a customer. I'm really mad. Now I have to pay thousands of dollars to restore it to the way I bought this vehicle. By the way, I purchased it from the Waterloo Ford dealership who didn't tell me that the vehicle is deleted. All dealerships are liers. Your service people didn't mark my vehicle as deleted in their computer system after the first visit and I had to explain the situation to the next service representative in few days later. Unacceptable!!! More
Being that have to drive for 50 min to get to your dealership: so I wait for the auto to be finished. Thank you for rushing thru for me. The extra checks being done also is a nice touch to do. dealership: so I wait for the auto to be finished. Thank you for rushing thru for me. The extra checks being done also is a nice touch to do.
