Several weeks ago, I cleared the settings in the Uconnect radio in my 2020 Dodge Challenger R/T and wound up losing the Vehicle User Guide (and several other apps). I was in the Stony Plain area at the time and stopped by Stony Plain Chrysler.
I talked to the service department about the issues I was having with the Uconnect radio. The shop foreman (Eddie) disconnected the negative battery cable on the car to reset the radio. Unfortunately, this didn't fix the issue. I talked to a service advisor (Nadine Lindahl) and she was able to get my car into the shop right away. A technician checked the radio - it needed to be reset and reconfigured.
Nadine was great to deal with. Even though the shop was fully booked that day, she was able to get a technician to look at my car. The work was covered under warranty and there was no charge. Nadine even called a week later to follow up on the repair, which was great (and totally unexpected).
