I will be telling everyone about my experience here. We even contacted Brennan Jones who is one of the managers told him our experience with Brad. How Brad yelled at us in front of everyone in the showroom. We are refunding your money for flares, but get your truck out of here now. The deal was to keep it there till Monday. Brad is not a good salesman he is very unprofessional. Also he has no customer service skills at all. We never even got an apology from Brad or the Management. Service department and Brad Worona tried to pull a fast one on us with putting flares on. Mechanic took it out of packaging and threw all wrap away. So he took the flares and threw them back in box and threw it in back of our new truck and expected us to pay for them. I said I don’t want them. Brad said I cannot return them. Why??? Because the packaging is gone. Well who opened and threw the packaging out. It was the mechanic and you expect me to pay for your mechanic mistakes… Also felt very rushed in purchasing this truck. It was the end of the month and Brad wanted to be paid. He even told us that. Talked with management about this matter. This is not customer service Brad!! Maybe you should go back to being a mechanic like you said you were. Cause you suck at customer service. I couldn’t believe we talked to general manager about this and nothing was done. We never got an apology from Brad. So if you want to spend your hard earned money please don’t go here to purchase a vechiles. More

The dealership is awesome huge! ! Purchased truck from Brad. We were first going to buy diesel than I changed my mined and bought there demo truck. Ram 1500. Wanted extras put on tru ! This dealer is awesome place it’s your worker Brad that was so rude and telling everyone in the dealer ship our business is not very professional so I suggest don’t see Brad if buying a vechile go see someone else. I felt very rushed. After when we received text from Brad saying we will give you refund for flares but get your truck out of here. Wow! After spending 75,000.00 there. It’s not dealership it’s was Brads attitude after we were rushed to pay for truck had to be done before end of month WHY?? When I picked up my truck I drove it to another garage and had 8,500.00 worth the extras put on the truck brand new Toyo tires. The proper flares, & painted to boot. Also a lift put in it. So what does that tell you. More

I was sold a used 2014 Ram 1500, and the engine failed with a little over 2 years left on the payments. I have had to pursue voluntary repossession. This is so wrong. I had great service at Norlan as I always do. I love that they have a courtacy vehicle to take me back to work and then pick me up to take me back to Norlan when my vehicle is ready!
