Agincourt Hyundai service department is very prompt at answering the phone. I was suck in the snow outside yesterday and my key fob stopped working. I called and luckily I was answered by Farhad. He knew I was frustrated at the situation and he walked me thru the steps to being able to start the car with the key fob. He was very polite and considerate and made sure the car started while he was on the phone. Great customer service.

I picked up a certified pre-owned 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5 - fanatic460

I picked up a certified pre-owned 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5 from 401 Dixie Hyundai and not even a week later the car prompted me with 8 different errors while driving to work in the morning (Check Forward Safety system, Check Lane Change Assist function, Check Lane Safety system, Check Speed Limit system, Check Tire Pressure Monitoring System, Check High Beam Assist (HBA) system, Check Driver Attention Warning (DAW) system, Check smart key system). They kept alerting me but then other issues started. - All the buttons on the dash and steering wheel would not respond when pressed (as well as the regenerative breaking paddle shifters and turn signals) - The wipers would turn on/off - The lights would switch between on/off/auto - The infotainment system would shut off as well as the lights on the buttons on the steering wheel and climate controls - The car would not accelerate when the pedal was pressed. I had to turn the car off/on multiple times in order to get back home. I informed my sales associate Karanjeet of what happened at 8am and he got back to me at 10am stating that he will book a service appointment right away. I then got the car towed to the dealership and had to book a service appointment with them as Karanjeet did not do so despite him informing me that he did over 3 hours prior to the car arriving. After discussing the issues with the service advisor - Esther, I asked for a loaner car at which point they did not have one to offer but I could follow up the next day. I then submitted a description of the events that had occurred and a video of all the issues except for the lack of response of the accelerator pedal. The appointment was scheduled for 7:45am the next morning at which point another service advisor - Pragadeesh, would call me with an update. I waited until 10:30am before calling to follow up but when I did the advisor had not looked into any details regarding the car, in fact, approximately 30 mins later he requested access to view the video. This says to me that the 7:45am appointment did not mean anything and the original service advisor did not save the video since I had to re-share the video with the new advisor. After receiving no update I followed up after 12pm and again at 3pm. I then texted the sales manager - Marc, about how disappointed I was with the communication with the service department and, by "coincidence", 5 mins later the Peagadeesh called me. He stated they had no update and that they don't have any loaners available at this time but they can offer a discounted rate with enterprise. I asked if they would reimburse me for the rental and they said no. I want to re-iterate this is a certified pre-owned vehicle that was not safe to drive less than a week from when I took ownership of the car. I declined the rental as he stated I may get the car back the day the next day. I called and left him a message the following day and have still not heard back. I would not trust a certified pre-owned vehicle from 401 Dixie Hyundai.

With regards to their sales presentation I was extremely impressed in that they sought to provide me with adequate information with out being pushy. I found them to be extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. And this made a successful sale. ⭐️ 1 Star I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Kona from Richmond Hill Hyundai (salesman: Davis; GM: Anis) and paid the full asking price. The vehicle was sold to me with tires that do not meet safety certification. When I brought this to their attention the service department refused to take responsibility or offer any remedy. This is unacceptable and dangerous. I will be filing formal complaints with OMVIC and the MTO, and I will pursue all available consumer remedies until this is resolved. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership — their after-sales service is terrible and they clearly do not stand behind what they sell.

Today Oct 23, 2025 I had my car serviced for oil change and my seasonal tire swap with a service check on my Hyundai Accent. I did not meet the technician that serviced my vehicle, however I had the pleasure of communicating with your service advisor Mr Christopher To. I do need to advise that his manners were very courteous and professional. He explained with complete clarity the work that was performed on my vehicle. In a society where customer service is not at its best, I do recommend this person as a very helpful and consciousness young man. Thank you Christopher for going over and above with your service. It truly was a wonderful experience which I am grateful for.

Sunroof spontaneous explodes while I'm driving, and I think to myself, wow good thing I purchased extended warranty. Nope, dealer denies warranty even though hyundai has had class action lawsuits in the past for shattering sunroof. I stupidly decide to have them fix it through my insurance anyways, and after nearly a month of them not communicating properly to my insurance, and having to ask them 4 times to send my insurance a simple document so my rental didn't get taken away, I finally get a call that my car is done. I go to pick it up and ask to see it before paying and sure enough theres still glass after they claimed to detail it. Then I had to wait another 4 days without my car waiting for them to properly vacuum it. The only good thing they did was give me a loaner car because I had already taken the rental back, but they never offered any discounts or anything on my bill after all of the xx they put me through.

I have used Airport Hyundai for service maintenance on my 2023 KONA EV, since I bought the vehicle from this dealership. As usual, I had great service again this time, thanks to service manager Ilie Comsa for his very helpful and courteous customer service, especially when I described some my concerns with the service advisor. His professional behaviour and action provided me very helpful relief towards issues with charging socket by getting to be replaced to be covered under the warranty. My experiences with this dealership always remain very positive as technicians use to pay attention to detail and do their job thoroughly. Therefore, I use to drive all the way from Hamilton/Miton to get service done here. The service here has always been exceptional. Customer service stood up the most – they are friendly, attentive and caring with the customers. Make sure you don't pay registration fees twice cash/debit as well in you loan contract 3. There is nothing called must have package as dalawiri package as long it's not published on website as per law Under the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act (MVDA), dealers must follow "all-in price advertising" rules, which require any advertised price to include the total cost of the vehicle. 4. Make sure if you buy Gap insurance and before you sign contract to read all documents of this insurance and have the complete contract of this Gap insurance and have their contact information and who is the provider and how much they cover and btw you are able to get a gap insurance from any insurance for your car 5. There is nothing called lenders bank said you must have gap insurance because bank can't force anyone to buy insurance as per law 6. Make sure to have the used car is inspected before you buy and have as well safety check is done and before the end of this 30 days inspect your car again with licenced mechanic to make sure is aligned 7. Make sure you know what you want and not pushed for other Cars which you don't need or want This is my advice for you so pay attention and make sure that you know your rights and know law
