showroom model. Before receiving the vehicle you would expect them to detail the car and have it ready for your pick up. However that wasn't the case. The car was still in the showroom and wasn't even ready for my pick up. Shortly after receiving my car, I realized that there was some damage on the car which was most likely from the showroom. There was a scratch on the side skirt, a paint chip near the gas door, and the from bumper lip was cracked. I informed the dealer about it and they told me that they would reach out to a specialist to repair the damage. After waiting more than two months and multiple excuses about the specialist the dealer called a completely different specialist to work on my car. At this point you would expect the specialist to replace the bumper and buff out the paint chip. But again that wasn't the case. The "specialist" did nothing but paint over the damage without any buffing, so the paint chip is still visible. As for the bumper, the cracks on the lip were still there, the only difference made was that they were painted over. On top of all that, the manager, Kenny Duong, had the audacity to tell me that the damage was fixed. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend getting a car from here.
