I just purchased my 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid, with Ultimate Trim from Newmarket Hyundai. I was fortunate that Hamed was my Sales Representative. I am analytical, so when comparing price-points of various Trim options versus their features, Hamed was able to identify which Trim included the important safety requirements i wanted, but also the convenience and luxury features. The average period that i owned prior vehicles has been 12 years, would indicate that buying a car is not my favourite past time. There was no pressure, I was comfortable and confident about this purchase with no lingering second thoughts. Choosing a unique vehicle color can be a difficult choice, and his Deep Sea Blue suggestion sealed the deal for my spouse and me. Hamed negotiated the value i wanted for my trade-in. The meeting with John, the Business Manager was stress-free; he explained the various add-on options and respected my decisions. When we picked up the Tucson, Hamed went through the warranty information in detail and explained how to operate the many interior features. He even set up the MyHyundai Blue link app on our i-phones. I can't emphasize enough, the impact of a Sales Rep. on satisfaction of the experience. My initial meeting with Hamed was 3 months ago but delayed for personal reasons. From that meeting I knew if I purchased a Hyundai, it would be from Hamed. For anyone who shares any of my issues or concerns, I would strongly recommend Hamed and Newmarket Hyundai for a positive experience. More

I have to be honest, we have not purchased our vehicle from Newmarket Hyundai, but we have taken it in for service. We have done two visits to address air conditioning issues and it appears that the serv from Newmarket Hyundai, but we have taken it in for service. One cannot continue to bring the car in for service that is unproductive. If this is the skill level of the service team, I would avoid them for every the simplest of problems. More
