Stay clear of this dealership BAD .GM Nicholas Varsamis and PM.Matthew Gourdine will sell you lemons they are corrupt .they and all of Newmarket Hyundai are terrible.go somewhere else. My 2025 brand new SANTA FE HYBIRD they sold me with 33 KLMS on it is defective and mechanically not steering properly. . Brand new. And NEWMARKET HYUNDAI and HYUNDAI CANADA WILL NOT HONOR THIS POxxxx SHAMEFUL OF THEM. They absolutely DO NOT CARE. THEY WONT ANSWER CALLS
I have been buying vehicles from this dealership for over 25 years and have never considered going anywhere else. I am always impressed with their customer service . Recently I purchased a 2026 Kona .
Our sales representative Jon, was outstanding! His personality, made us feel at ease. No pressure to purchase. He was knowledgeable and understanding. This is our first hyundai and so far we love it. Also Nathan in finance was excellent.
I'm not impressed with the customer service at Hyundai Newmarket.. the customer service could be better
