My wife went in this morning to trade in her Sante Fe. Salesman told her , only have 1-2023, and it’s the top of the line . Wow, business is that good you can chase a new customer to you, long time Hyundai owner, away ?! The response from the Business manager was not much better. I am shocked actually. If they treat potential customers like this, can't imagine an after purchase issue getting much help. She is a long time Hyundai owner, and client of Finch here in town, just went to see what other options were available. And now we know. More
Worst customer experience ever. I ordered an Ioniq 5 in Feb. 2022 and have heard nothing. I can't get a timeline or find out where I am on the list. One salesperson I spoke to told me that if I wanted to know when I'd get my car, I should call Hyundai Canada. No transparency and bafflegab from go. Now Hyundai is offering a promotion to drive an EV before you buy - and it's taking them over a year and a half minimum to deliver it. Just mind numbing. More
This was the best customer service I’ve had in my entire life. The owner Dean Hattie called me within a couple of days if I was happy with the new vehicle and if I had any questions.
