I initially heard the disturbing noise during the first week I owned the vehicle. I spoke to the sales manager about it and he lent me a loaner vehicle for several days while the dealships mechanics checked for the issue after purchase. They claimed there were no issues with the vehicle I had just purchased and said the noise was probably nothing to worry about. I drove for 3 years with the noise continuing to be more prevailant just to find that after removing a protective plate from the undercarrage that my KDSS sway bar accumulator was making the noise I had been hearing since purchasing the vehicle. The condition of the accumulator is terrible and I find it hard to believe that their mechanics didnt notice the state this was in when it was sold to me. In any case, I was never informed of any major issues with this vehicle upon purchase which is why I feel I was sold a vehicle based on false pretenses. I have attached a photo to this email of my accumulator and then another of what it should look like. I am hoping the work with me on fixing this issue but I have not recieved a phone call back after speaking to the new sales manager "Sven". He informed me that the service manager would reach out to me but I have not heard from anyone as of yet. I may reach out to AMVIC in the meantime.

I had A cylinder head gasket replaced on a Cummins 6. - Do Not Use Nor-Lan

I had A cylinder head gasket replaced on a Cummins 6.7 in a Ram 3500 and it failed with a week. Norlan would not warranty their repair. (Non deleted engine) Upon having the head gasket replaced at another shop it was brought to my attention that there was a scar that (as they stated, was a chisel strike mark). and that they were tiring to crack cylinder wall. With the new head gasket installed engine did run ok. when this was brought to Service managers attention his reply was he would be happy to sell me a new truck. This is what happens when sales are low and its a family owned business.

St Albert Dodge sold me a brand new vehicle with a - Justin

St Albert Dodge sold me a brand new vehicle with a Monroney Label that misrepresented the specification of the vehicle. After months of Denial they admitted it and I have the documentation to prove it. If you purchased a ram 1500 Rebel, laramie and various other models between sept 2024 and March 2025 (the 2025 model) check your window sticker and see if it has front light animation and rear light animation and see if the vehicle has this. None of them do. They admit they misrepresented it and want to do nothing at all, blaming it on a printing error however it will be on your window sticker, build sheet, the advert for your vehicle and the official Stellantis FCA specification. They do not want to acknowledge the issues as it cannot be retrofitted. The cost of the correct lights is over 3k USD. Check it. I am pursuing this through AMVIC, BBB, the CIU and a small claims court. They misrepresented the vehicle provided.

I had almost lost all hope on getting a decent vehicle to get me and my son around safely. I needed a reliable vehicle that I didn't have to worry about. I have a past that lead me to a very poor credit score and it took a little time but Anish was determined to help me! And I have had my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk for a few months now and I am not stressed going into the winter season at all. He even had a contact to help me get insured as that proved a little difficult as well. I had a very bad experience here and from reading some of the other reviews you can tell this isn't the first time they have done this. I was chatting with there sales agent Harman Singh for few days. I told him the vehicle i wanted and I agreed to drive from Edmonton a hour away to come see the specific vehicle trim and color I wanted. They kept calling and was very eager for me to come in and they would help me make a deal and work something out on that vehicle I wanted. I confirmed the night before at 1030 pm and next day at 2 pm before coming and Harman confirmed he had the exact vehicle I wanted n I even sent him screen shots of the stock number etc. He confirmed twice that yes he had it on the lot and I then took time off work and drove 1 hour each way . I did bring my bmw x5 in as I said I would to trade it in also. They first gave me a low ball offer saying they would only do 15 to 20k for my bmw when market value is 30k. Then after when I wanted to see the suv I came to see they started showing me different colors and models and said oh the one I wanted was sold. This is impossible as I confirmed 2 times and 1 hour before coming. This was not a mistake this is a scam and trick they do they lie to people to get them into the door then once u arrive they try to sell u something else. The vehicle i was coming for was 52888 then when I arrived they tried to sell me suvs for 58888 which is 6k more. I left frustrated and then a different manager came outside and asked me what happened i explained to him the situation and he also make excuses saying oh maybe the sales guy made a mistake. This was not a mistake I confirmed 2 times you guys lied to me to get me in the door. The 2nd manager was nicer and did try to make me leave with a good experience. They now magically offered me 25k for my trade in and then said that they still did t ha e the vehicle I was promised I came to see. Overall not a good experience. You should not lie to people and waste there time and fuel to come see something you dont even have. Very shady and dishonest way of doing business. Beware.
